About AIIMS
AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Sciences. This is an autonomous institution of national importance as it was established because of an Act of Parliament in 1956. Most students consider graduating from this institution a huge opportunity because this is the only institution that has the authority to award its medical degrees and other academic distinctions of its own. These degrees are equally recognized just as the degrees awarded by the universities.
This is one of the reasons why a lot of students aspire to study medicine at AIIMS. Thus, to make the admission process easier and simpler, AIIMS Exams were introduced.
