NOTE: The Gazetted officer/ Principal signature is not necessary for filling up KCET 2025 application form.

How to Fill Up KCET Application Form 2025?

To register for the application, candidates need to, first of all, keep the documents required for KCET application 2025 ready. The steps to complete the application are as follows:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website - kea.kar.nic.in
• Next, select the ‘New User’ option.
• Carefully go through the instructions and click the ‘Proceed to apply online.
• Fill in the ‘Nationality’ option. 
• Enter the 13 digits ‘Student Number’ issued from PUE Department who appeared for the 12th PUC exam.
• Further, candidates need to enter their details such as:
• Candidate’s name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Create a unique password
• Re-enter the password for confirmation
• Answer the security question
• Now, click on the ‘Submit’ option. 

Step 2: Fill out the KCET Application Form

Once the registration is done, the candidate can fill up the KCET application form. The KCET documents required for the application form are mentioned above. 

Step 3: Upload Scanned Documents

How to Retrive the KCET Application Form 2025?

Suppose there is a situation where the candidates have forgotten the KCET application form; they can retrieve the application form by following the steps mentioned beneath:

How to Retrieve the KCET Application Password?

In case candidates have forgotten their KCET application password, they can follow the steps to retrieve the password:

• Visit the KCET 2025 candidate portal.
• Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ Option.
• Now, click on the ‘Create New Password’ option.
• Next, enter the KCET user ID, application number, and security code’s answer.
• Proceed to the ‘Submit’ option.
• Further, the candidates must enter and confirm the new password.

KCET 2025 Application Form Correction Facility

Once the application process is complete. KEA will open the application correction window. Candidates can make corrections online. However, candidates will not edit all the options. The steps to make corrections are as follows:

• Visit the official website - kea.kar.nic.in
• Next, click on the ‘Edit KCET Application’.
• Enter the user ID. An OTP will be generated and sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number.
• Fill in the editable options and click on ‘Submit’.
• Once done, candidates can download the edited application form.
