JEE Main 2024 Score vs Percentile
Applicants can use their JEE Main scores to calculate their JEE Main percentile. It helps applicants get an understanding of their rank. The percentile helps candidates estimate how many candidates are more or less than them. It is important to note that the candidate who scores the highest among all the other candidates is given the 100 percentile score.
The percentile score of a candidate can be calculated by multiplying 100 by the ratio of the number of candidates who scored equal to or less than the candidate and the total number of candidates who appeared in a particular examination session. The formula required to calculate rank from the percentile is:
((100 – P)/100)×N + 1)
