JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria 2024

The foremost important criterion is to successfully crack the JEE Main examination 2024 and secure rank among the top 2.5 lakh. Listed below are some of the JEE Advanced eligibility criteria:

• A minimum average of 75% in board examination or rank among the top 20 percentile in the Class XII examination is a must.
• Students should have passed Class XII to apply for admission in 2024.
• Students belonging to the general category, their birth year should be on or after 1 October 1998. Students get five years of age relaxation if appearing from the reserved category (SC/ST/PwD).
• To apply for admissions in IITs, the student must meet the eligibility criteria set by the individual institutes.
