The Kerala University private registration 2024 for exams can be done online using the official website student login link. Using the link, the students can access and open the exam registration portal of Kerala University. The students can log in using their candidate code and password. The password is their birth date in the dd/mm/yyyy format. The students are requested not to register multiple times using the same browser simultaneously to safeguard authentication.
Details on Kerala University Private Registration 2024
Any candidate with the required qualification can register. The registration process involves seven steps such as User Creation, Personal Details, Course Details, Academic Details, Fee Details, Checklists and Photo/Sign Upload. Each step must be filled in carefully. One shouldn’t click on the 'Back/Forward/Refresh' button in the browser during registration.
Once the initial step is completed, the applicant will receive an application number and password. They must save the application number and password for future use. Candidates can log in using the application number and password to continue with the rest of the registration.
The Registration Process
Once the candidate logs in to the profile, the candidate can register by following the steps given below.
- After logging in to the website, the candidate may click on "START REGISTRATION" to start the registration or proceed with "CONTINUE REGISTRATION" if already halfway.
- On clicking "EDIT" in each step if any details need changing..Some entries like the name of the course are not editable.
- All fee details must be entered in the fee details page.
- All fees can be remitted using SBI Bank Challan/University Cash Counters/Friends Counters. All students must download the SBI challan from the website.
- The challan must have the candidate’s name and amount paid.
- He/she must submit the receipt with the receipt number, date, amount and branch name as in the challan. No Demand Drafts are accepted.
- A single receipt must not be used for multiple registrations.
- Memo details of Kerala University private registration in the "COURSE DETAILS" section must be left blank if not applicable.
Other Specifications to be Noted
- The photo must be of 150*200px, width and height respectively. It must be 40 KB in .jpg format.
- The photo should be clear with a light background. Photo of the signature is of 150 and 60px of width and height.
- It should also be 40 KB in .jpg format. For uploading the photo and signature, use the "Browse" button. Once uploaded click on the "SAVE" button.
- Once the registration is complete, students must keep a final copy of the final application. They must send it to the address on the website along with relevant documents and fee receipts. Any incomplete application will be rejected.
