- Candidates should use only their personal computers/ laptops to take the test. Usage of official computers or public systems such as cybercafes is not allowed.
- It is required that candidates download and install the ‘Zoom’ app to help save time before the test.
- There could be any technical issues faced during the home-based NMAT test. The proctor will help the candidates to download the required software for the exam. But if there is any other issue, the candidates will be given a slot at a later date.
- Candidates need to keep original physical copies of their ID proof with them during the NMAT test. Soft copies and electronic IDs are not accepted as valid proofs.

NMAT 2024 Guidelines
GMAC has curated a set of guidelines to be followed by all candidates appearing for the NMAT examination. Apart from NMAT dress code 2024 guidelines, candidates can also find below the important guidelines that are to be followed by candidates taking the NMAT 2024 examination:
- All candidates appearing for NMAT 2024 should follow the social distancing norms at all times and maintain space between themselves and other candidates and also with the invigilators at the examination centre.
- It is required to wear masks at all times in the examination centre. Candidates wearing no masks will not be permitted to enter the examination centre.
- Candidates are prohibited from bringing any electronic devices such as mobile phones, watches, calculators, etc inside the examination centre.
- Candidates have also been prohibited from bringing any stationary items to the exam centre.
- Some of the NMAT 2024 exam centres have a provision of lockers which can be used by candidates for proper storage of their backpacks and mobile phones.
- The NMAT 2024 exam body has also ensured that proper sanitization of the examination centres takes place and has placed sanitisers at various locations for the convenience of candidates.
