What After XAT Results?: After the XAT results are released and the cutoffs are released, candidates can apply for the GD and PI rounds. XLRI conducted the XAT 2024 exam on Jan 7, 2024 for admission to MBA, PGDM programs in XLRI, and other associated colleges. Moreover, the XAT exam is conducted annually. The XAT Results 2024 is scheduled to be released on Jan 31, 2024. The XAT scores are considered for admission into various other colleges.

Appear for Group Discussion Round (GD)
XLRI releases course-wise XAT cut offs within two to three days of XAT result announcement so that aspirants can apply for the GD/PI round. In this round, candidates are grouped in a 8-10. The one who outperforms is selected for the next round.
Besides, the form fills up process for XLRI Jamshedpur is conducted online. The only prerequisite is that candidates need to apply with valid login credentials.
The shortlisted candidates will be invited via e-mail to participate in GD.

Prepare for Personal Interview (PI)
The Personal Interview, commonly known as the PI round, assesses the candidate's personality. A group of interviewers; they will ask questions based on the candidate's field of interest, education, and previous experience.
Moreover, a candidate's aptitude, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills will be tested in this round.

Several colleges accept XAT scores. These colleges offer MBA education with the existing XAT score. Therefore, candidates do not need to be disheartened.
