• Training and Placement Cell: This cell arranges industrial visits for all students of all the courses. It also coordinates industrial training. The arrangement of campus interviews for AISSMSCOP Placements is also done by this cell. It also conducts personality development program.

• Personality Development and Soft Skill Training Program: Every year, training and placement cell organizes Personality Development Workshop for final year UG and PG students. This program helps to enhance students' employability skills. 

• Career Guidance and Personality Development Workshop: This program was organized for the final year students of B.Pharm. This program guides students regarding preparation for the interview and various skills of presentation during the same.

• Faculty Development Program: This program improves presentation skills and helps to increase faculty compatibility with students. Also, to understand the faculty's psychological state the faculty are exposed to an exhaustive program. The exhaustive program includes presentation skills, teaching techniques, team building etc.

• Counselling Sessions: These sessions are conducted by trained counsellors for students. These counsellors include a team of efficient Psychotherapeutics.
