Scholarships at AISSMS College of Pharmacy, [AISSMSCOP] Pune:
- Govt. of Maharashtra, AICTE, DTE and Private Organizations provides various scholarships to students of this institute.
Minority Scholarship:
- Minority Development Department offers the scholarship of a maximum amount of INR 25000/-.
- This scholarship is applicable for the economically weaker and meritorious students belonging to Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Parsi and Jain minority communities.
Eligibility:
- Applicant should be Domicile of Maharashtra State and Passed SSC from Maharashtra and Passed S.S.C. from Maharashtra state only.
- 50% marks in the previous final exam.
- Any other scholarship/stipend should not be availed by the applicant.
- Moreover, the total annual income of the applicant's family/guardian should not be above INR 6 lakhs.
- 30% of seats are reserved for girl students.
- This scholarship is offered to 2 children in a family.
Documents Required:

- Receipt-Cum-Acknowledgement confirming admission or CAP Allotment Letter for admission.

- Attested certificates of the current studying course.
- Income and Minority declaration

Scholarship/Freeship (SC/ST/SBC/OBC/DT/VJ/NT):
- To avail this scholarship/freeship, candidates belonging to SC/ST/SBC/OBC/DT/VJ/NT must register online on the website of Social Welfare Office.
Eligibility:
- Annual income should be up to INR 1 lakh to apply for Govt. of Indian Scholarship Scheme for SBC/OBC/VJ/NT/DT students.
- For SC and S Category students income limit for the Scholarship is INR 2 lakhs.
- For the SBC/NT/DT/VJ students, if the annual income of the family is above INR 1 lakh than they should apply for Freeship.
- For SC & ST students, if the annual income of the family is above INR 2 lakhs than they should apply for Freeship.
- Students admitted through CAP (Centralized Admission Process) are eligible for the benefits of the Scholarship and Freeship.
- Students from the State other than Maharashtra are not eligible for Scholarship and Freeship.

- Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
- Caste Validity Certificate by Competent Authority.
- For NT/DT/VJ/SBC/OBC students, Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Competent Authority is required.
- Rationing Card (First and Last Page with student’s name)
- Form 16 / Income Certificate / TDS Certificate
- Original Income Certificate of the parents from their respective Tahasildar Office for Scholarship students (whose parents annual income is below INR 1,00,000/- for DT/NT/VJ/OBC/SBC categories and below INR 2,00,000/- for SC & ST Category).
- Domicile Certificate/ Birth Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate
- One attested photocopy of Aadhar Card.
- One Photocopy of Passbook or cancelled Cheque of Nationalized Bank Account of students, along with IFSC Code, Micro Code and Bank Account Number mentioned on the same. Aadhar Card should be linked to student’s Saving Account in Nationalized Bank.
- One attested copy of 10th and 12th Marksheet.
- One attested copy of DTE CAP allotment letter.
- District Change Certificate - If the student changes his district.
AICTE Pragati and Saksham Scholarship:
Pragati Scheme:
- One girl per family can avail this scheme
- Family income of that girl should be less than INR 6 lakhs per annum
- It is applicable only for students admitted in the first year through Centralized Admission Process.
Saksham Scheme:
- Applicable for differently abled students
- Family income of the students should be less than INR 6 lakhs per annum
- It is applicable only for students admitted in the first year through Centralized Admission Process.
Economically Backward Class:
- Only Maharashtra State Domicile student is eligible for EBC.
- Students, who have got admission in Centralized Admission Process(CAP) are eligible for EBC Scheme.
- The annual family income of the beneficiary/parent or guardian of the beneficiary should not exceed INR 1.00 lakh per annum from all sources.
- An EBC Concession holder under this scheme will not avail any other scholarship or stipend for pursuing the course.
- Students should not be forth or above child of his parent.

Lila Poonawala Foundation Scholarship for Girls:
- This is applicable for girl student of B.Pharm.
- For this scholarship, the application form cost INR 300/-.
Eligibility:
- The age limit for applying this scholarship is 20 years.
- Family’s total annual income of the girl should not exceed INR 3,50,000/- per annum.
- Candidate should have secured a minimum of 60 marks in 10th and 12th Standard.
- Only those who are taking admission in the First Year of B. Pharmacy in the Academic Year 2016-2017 in any College in Pune District can apply.
- The Scholarship amount will be decided on merit, need and performance interview but will not exceed Rs.75,000/- per year.
- This scholarship is for a term of Four Academic Years and is subject to the candidate passing in all subjects and securing a minimum overall score of 60% marks each academic year in the same College. For each subsequent year, the candidate will have to submit the University / College mark sheet for verification before raising the claim.
- It is necessary to attend a minimum of three training workshops per year arranged by the Lila Poonawala Foundation and the continuation of the Scholarship will depend on the same.
- Scholarship amount will be reimbursed against actual receipts submitted.
- Only those candidates who have taken admission in Pune District for the 1st year of B.Pharm in the current Academic Year are eligible to apply.

If not an IT payer and not doing a job then only Income Certificate from Zilla Parishad / Local Government Authority. This information will be cross-checked and if found false then the form will be rejected.
