Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch:
- Candidate should have cleared the HSC( Std 12th exam) of Maharashtra's board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or any equivalent exam(be it Science, Commerce or Arts) with Mathematics as a subject and secured at least 50% marks(aggregate needed for candidates from backward classes or with disabilities is 45% who are from the home state of Maharashtra).
- Candidate should have a diploma (10+3) from any stream which is recognized by the Central/State Government (minimum aggregate is 50% and for Maharashtrian candidates from backward classes or disabilities need a cutoff of 45% to qualify).
- valid NATA score(minimum 80 out of 100). It is mandatory to clear NATA- National Aptitude Test in Architecture, conducted by COA.
Scholarships Provided:
- Scholarships are given on a religious basis, by the State Government who take care of minority scholarships. So it is available for Musil, Christian, Sikh, and Buddhist students if the income limit of the respective guardian is below 6 lacs.
- For students who come from a lower socio-economic background, i.e., their guardians have an annual income of fewer than 2.5 lacs and if they belong to a minority group then these students would be entitled to the merit-cum-means scholarship, built primarily for committed meritous students who suffer from financial distress.
- For students from backward classes such as SC/ST/EBC when income is less than 1 lac, these students qualify for scholarships as well depending on their family income.
