Eligibility Criteria for BE:
- Candidate should be of Indian nationality and should have cleared the HSC(Std XII) exam organized by the Maharashtra State Education Board or an equivalent exam with English, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology or any other technical vocational subject in their stream.
- Candidate should have passed a Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks(at least 45% is needed in case of disabled and candidate from backward classes- valid only for Maharashtrians).
- Obtained a score in the MHT CET conducted by competent authority
- Candidate should possess a B.Sc degree from a recognized institution as accepted by the UGC or at least have a score of 50%(at least 45% is needed in case of disabled and candidate from backward classes- valid only for Maharashtrians).
Scholarships Provided:
- The State Government provides a minority scholarship for the candidates whose annual family income is less than 6 lac (candidate must belong to a religious minority group such as Muslim, Buddhist, Sikh, Christian in order to avail the scholarship). Documents like Address book, Bank Passbook, fee receipt, Aadhar Card, etc is required in order to verify the identity of the candidate.
- The Central Government provides a merit-cum-means scholarship for students who hail from a particular religious minority group and whose annual family income does not exceed 6 lac. In order to avail the scholarship, documents such as income declaration affidavit, bank passbook, domicile certificate, last examination certificate, are required to check if the candidates match the parameter required to get the scholarship
- For students who hail from SC/ST and other backward classes(EBC) and if their annual family income is less than 1 lac, then the candidate can avail the scholarship. Concession will be provided if proof such as DTE Allotment letter, Caste Certificate Xerox, Ration Card, Income Certificate from tahsildar, etc are the documents submitted and accepted by the university.

- There might be an entrance exam or an interview for final selection of the student into the institution
