ASM's Institute of Management and Computer Studies was established in 2004. It was established to provide opportunities to students belonging to all sections of the society and to acquire quality education in Management and commerce streams. The college is one of the top b-schools in Maharashtra. The campus of IMCOST is strategically located and it is easily accessible from Thane and Mulund railway station. 

IMCOST admission is done as per the selection procedure/ policies laid down by the University of Mumbai. The campus of ASM's Institute of Management and Computer Studies is well equipped to satisfy all academic, extracurricular, and social needs of the students. ASM's Institute of Management and Computer Studies has a well-stocked library that facilitates learning through its state of the art equipment.  IMCOST has 4 state of the art computer labs along with an operational language lab and multimedia. The college has a canteen that serves food at moderate rates.
