Career Path for a Deck Cadet

On successful completion of this Pre-Sea Training, the trainees can join as a NAUTICAL TRAINEE CADETS on board a ship (Indian and Foreign Shipping Companies) with further Sea Service and Post Sea Training programme, the Nautical Cadets can appear for the second Mate Examination.After passing ,they will be joining as a navigational watchkeeping officer as second Mate on board a ship with further sea service and examination, they will be promoted to the CHIEF OFFICER & CAPTAIN in Merchant Navy.

G P Rating - Career Path

On successful completion of general purpose Pre-Sea Training ,the candidates will be able to join as a rating in Indian and Foreign shipping companies as a Deck Crew with further sea-services,they can be promoted to Officer level with certain service and qualification requirements.There are wide job opportunities for our Indian Seamen all over the world.

Saloon Rating - Career Path

On successful of this Pre-Sea Training the candidate will be able to join as cooks or stewards in catering Department in Indian and Foreign ships. After a certain sea service and Qualification they can be promoted to chief cook/ and steward.
