Placements & Internships : I am in 2nd year so i have not done any internship yet and college will not provide any internship you have to grab it from outside from TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT are main recruiters of the college. Average salary offered here is 4 lakhs per annum. Highest salary is 16 lakhs per annum. And almost 85% student get placed, college placement is good. Alumni is quite good and very helpful.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria and admission procedure of Mckv Institute of engineering are: i. Candidates must have valid WBJEE or JEE (Main) Score. ii. Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2) with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Computer Applications or Technical Vocational subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical, wherever applicable) in all three subjects as stated above in regular class mode. iii. Candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC, ST, OBC, PwD) in all the three subjects taken together. iv. Candidates must have passed English in 10+2 examination with at least 30% marks. v. The board of qualifying examination must be recognized either by the Central or State Government. I had given WBJEE entrance exam and score almost 25500 rank and taken admission in B. Tech (IT).
Fees & Scholarships : My total course fees is about 4 lakhs, which goes 1 lakh per year. Scholarship offered according to merit basis. About 40% student get the scholarship. You dont have to take any loan because the course fees is not so high and you can easily get scholarship.
Academics & Faculty : In our daily routine classes start from 9:30 am. It may be lab or theory classes. Professors are very good and helpful. My personal favourite teacher is ASISH BOSE who takes our English communication lab. My overall experience in college is very good. All seniors are helpful.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is 1 hostel for boys outside the campus and 1 hostel for girls which is inside the campus. Hostel fee is about 25000 per semester. There are also PGs available near the college which cost about 3500 per month. Food is quite good in hostel which cost about 40-100 per meal. Classrooms , Labs, Libraries, dining hall is very neat and clean. Wi-Fi is available in college library only.
Clubs & Associations : Rotract club of mckvie is the college club which is 2nd most best club in the Howrah district which performs various functions, association in the college campus. Rotract make our college life best and most reliable. There are various festivals celebrated in the campus, rather I can say all the festival are celebrated in the campus in a very pleasant and joyful manner. UTOPIA is the annual fest of the college. Life in my college is quite good and it will be wonderful if you do extra curricular activities in the college from the rotract.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Qualify WBJEE or JEE main (anyone). Then they show our rank. through the rank, we choose our college. We need to pass Maths physics and chemistry. Here the rank is important not the cut off marks.
Fees & Scholarships : MCKV Institute of Engineering, [MCKVIE] Howrah [B. Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering) Fee Structure. The course fee at MCKVIE is Rs. 40,000 per semester excluding hostel fees. yeah, loans needed for middle-class family students. From any bank.
Academics & Faculty : Our class starts at 9.30 am daily and end at 5 PM or before. Depend on labs and classes. Every classes need 50 minutes. We are under MAKAUT(WBUT) so when they decide our exam timing then exam happen. In a year 2 semester is done. And for each semester 3 class test done. The assignment is done every week in lab class. Sometimes teachers give some projects and we did it. All teachers are good qualified from Jadavpur, IIT, NIT or Gov't colleges. So the method of teaching is very good. Overall experience is excellent for everything.. teaches, seniors all are very helpful.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostels are good. Fee per month is Rs. 3000. PG is also available. Fee per month is 2000-3000. Foods are good. The classroom is good. Labs are excellent. Libraries are also good all books are available here. Dining halls are good. Wifi is available. others infrastructure is also good.
Clubs & Associations : The rotract club, many associations are here. Belur Moth is directly connected with our college. Tech fest, sports are the main fest. Life in college is like a 2nd home. all are very helpful.

Placements & Internships : 1) They do not arrange any internship for the students. 2) Companies like TCS, CTS etc did not come for hiring. Other MNC company like Mahindra, Bosch comes for pool campusing. 3) Highest salary package is 3.5 lakhs per year.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria: 1)Class 11, and class 12 with science background. 2) Candidate should have appeared in WBJEE exam.
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee for 1st and 2nd semester is INR 38,000. My course fee for 3rd and 4th semester is INR 38,500. My course fee for 5th and 6th semester is INR 39,000. My course fee for 7th and 8th semester is INR 40000.
Academics & Faculty : College timing is from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. Teachers are average.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The college is located in a very good position. The college premises is in the heart locality of Liluah city. The locality have a few attractions. The college has a good amount of land and space for football courtyard. There are separate hostel for girls and boys. The hostels are in the college premises only. Hostel fee is INR 2,500 per month. They provide food three times a day. However, I have heard from some mates that the food is pathetic in the hostel. There are few PG also outside the college. Quality of class room and lab are all very well.
Clubs & Associations : The college has a club named MCKVian. Also local club named Rotaract club of Liluah is associated with our college and in college the club is called Rotaract club. The college celebrate festival every year around January to April . There are quite celebrative occasions like fresher's eve, teacher's day, farewell party, Saraswati puja celebration, Independence day celebration, technical competitions etc.

Placements & Internships : No, I did not do the internship. Mahindra and Mahindra, TCS etc come for placement program. INR 4 lacs per annum is the salary package offered by the company.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility is the 12th pass for regular B.Tech students and diploma pass for the lateral entry student. I have given JELET Exam. WBJEE and AIEEE exams can also be given as entrance. Cut off basically depends on the ranks.
Fees & Scholarships : The fee is INR 85000 per year. Swami Vivekanand scholarship is there. Loans are available from state bank.
Academics & Faculty : Class timings from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. 3 internal exam and 1 end sem exam per semester. Quality of teachers is very good. The academic experience is very good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 2 hostels are there, one for boys and 1 for girls. Hostel fees are about INR 4000 per month. Yes, you can easily found PG or Mess outside the college. Per meal, the cost is about INR 40. Classrooms, labs, library facility are also good.
Clubs & Associations : Basically, I don't know that much about society. Main festivals are Tech fest, cultural fest, saraswati puja, vishwakarma puja. College life is good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I took JECA exam for entering in this particular course. This exam is only applicable in West Bengal for MCA . According to the rank we choose the college and I choose this as my pg degree as it is one of the best college which is offering this course and the placement is also very good

Firstly getting the rank we have to enroll your name in the online counseling.Then after getting the counselling result your name must be selected among 1 st 2nd or 3rd counselling round.then we can take addmission in the college by going through some procedure in college.Date will provided to you by college. I took WBJEE Nearly JEE main rank between 100000 lakh to 130000 lakh right now.
Fees & Scholarships : Around 80000 TFW, WBFS 5% for tfw, per section, 10% WBFS per section Yes loans is required whose yearly income is below INR 300000 lakhs. For the private bank, we can get educational loan easily but it's interest is little bit high than government banks.But government banks have more terms and conditions for taking the loan and it dependes upon the result and income.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To get admission we had to take WBJEE or JEE MAINS . To be eligible we needed to have a valid rank and then admission would be done on merit basis . Cutoffs for my chosen course was around 20000 rank for WBJEE
Fees & Scholarships : Course fee per year is 80k approx There are few scholarships available like the TFW and WBFS scheme . I am enrolled to WBFS scholarship. Few good and potent students who are not financially sound get scholarships . May be around 5% . Loans are always available as educational loans from any bank.
Academics & Faculty : Daily routine is very good with all subjects getting equal weightage all throughout the week . Exams are duly scheduled and assignments are provided for the betterment of the students . The quality and methodology of teaching is excellent and the teachers are highly qualified . Overall experience in the college is very good .
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two hostels the boys and girls respectively. The hostels are well and good but the hostel fee is a bit expensive around 17000 per semester. There are also PGs available around the locality where the expense is not so high. The classrooms are well and good, laboratories are excellent with highly recommended equipment., infrastructure is also good.
Clubs & Associations : Student welfare society is there .Rotaract club is one of the main attraction which is very helpful and has many schemes for the welfare of the society . Main festivals include the cultural and technical fests , also includes the saraswati puja , biswakarma puja and the Holi and Diwali celebration. Overall life in college is very good .

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : One girl's hostel is within the campus. Boys hostel is a short distance. Yes here you have always PGs available and PGs here are cheap then a hostel and is far better than a hostel. Quality of classroom and, the library is good however lab quality is not so good.You will miss big campus because campus here is really small but the good thing is this that college is not situated in the village
Clubs & Associations : There is a Rotaract club which works actively here. One yearly fest is organized Life here in general is not bad
