Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University was the largest and oldest institution of higher education and was founded in the year 1964. About 180 educational institutions are affiliated to the University. The campus of University is spread over 207 acres of land. Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University has 29 departments in the University. Around 5000 students can be enrolled for different types of courses offered by the departments who are steered under the guidance of more than 100 faculty members.

PRSU admission can be done online on the college official website. The university offers B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Pharm, MA, M.Sc, LLM, MCA, and many more. The university aims to develop human resources with world-class competence and skills in the respective disciplines. The college consists of 5000 students who are enrolled for a variety of courses offered by the departments who are steered under the guidance of more than 100 faculty members.

Pt Ravishankar Shukla University is a Lush green campus spread over 207 acres. The campus is well connected to the important parts of Raipur through the road. The various infrastructure facilities are given below:

Hostel:

• The University has Three Hostels among them Two is for boys and one is for girls.
• The hostel is located on the University Campus.
• The hostel is well-furnished and is very spacious.

Sports:
