The Rizvi College of Arts Science and Commerce [RCASC] was established in the year 1985-86 in Mumbai By Dr. Akhtar Hasan Rizvi with the main objectives of providing good quality education as per the requirement of global standards. Because of their hard work and dedication they have expanded to unimaginable dimensions, also they have twenty-two instution in all, some of them were also in Jaunpur, Kaushmabi, Karari as well. The College is affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

Most of the teaching faculties are having years together of experience in the teaching field, and some of them are also having corporate experience which helps their students to be in touch with corporate affairs. Because of this Uniquely Talented Faculty, and its support services, Rizvi College enjoys one of the highest numbers of students in Bandra, Mumbai area. The college provides excellent placement facilities for its students they do have a separate placement cell to make their students fully prepared for any kind of competition. Their mission is to provide quality education who are not able to pursue higher education, especially those who belong to the Muslim Community.
