• Eligible candidates who wish to apply can visit the official link and download the form.

• The form must be filled accurately and completely and must be sent with a DD of Rs. 1000/- towards the application fees.

• Along with the form, attested copies of the necessary certificates must be attached.

• Once the application process shortlists the candidate, they will be called for an on-campus document verification process.

• Once the documents have been submitted and the validity of the documents have been verified.

• The remainder of the fees can be paid at the campus office, via DD/Cheque.

B.E:

• Candidate must have passed [10+2] from a recognized board or institution to participate in Smt Kashibai Navale College of Engineering admissions 2024.

• Must have secured 50% marks together in Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject.

• Cutoff relaxed to 45% for candidates of backward caste, belonging to the state of Maharashtra.

MBA / M.E

Candidates with a Bachelors degree from a recognized board or institution are eligible to participate in Smt Kashibai Navale College of Engineering admissions.

BE:

• The admissions to Smt Kashibai Navale College of Engineering can happen through a CAP (Centralised Application Process) or direct (Management).

• The application form for CAP can be found on the official site, students who have written any of the following exams can apply:

  • MHCET

  • JEE-Mains

  • HSC

• While filling the form, mention the entrance exam name and URL if the results are yet to be declared.

• Once the results are out and the admission process will begin with 65% of seats allotted to Maharashtra State Candidates, 15% to All India Candidates and 20% to Institution level for all candidates.

• The schedule for CAP is set by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

    • GAP certification(If any)

    • Caste Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates-not required for out of Maharashtra Candidates)

    • Caste Validity Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates-not required for out of Maharashtra Candidates)

    • Adhar card (UID Number)

    • Nationality Certificate/Birth Certificate/Passport.

    • Domicile Certificate

    • Passport size photo(3)

  • Extra Documents for Out of Maharashtra State candidates:

    • Migration Certificate

• Note: 3 Sets of copies are to be maintained of all of the above documents.

BE:

• Once the CAP process is finished, the remainder of the fee can be paid at the campus.

• The CAP admission process is based purely on merit and the direct admission process depends only on the availability of seats.
