AEEE application form 2025 for phase 1 was released on the official website on Oct 22, 2024. The last date to apply for the AEEE exam 2025 phase 1 will be on Jan 07, 2025. If a candidate applies online before or after completing the OMR form, only the online application will be considered genuine.

Steps to Fill AEEE 2025 Application Form Online

Amrita University phase 1 application form has been released on Oct 22, 2024. The candidates can visit the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham for the online AEEE phase 1 registration. The steps to apply for AEEE 2025 are given below:

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website at amrita.edu and click on the 'Admissions' button on the homepage.
• Step 2: Scroll down on the new page and click on the 'Apply Now' beside the desired course.
• Step 3: Enter the required credentials to log in if already registered; otherwise, register as a New Candidate by entering the required details.
• Step 4: After logging in using the registered email ID and password, follow the instructions and fill out the AEEE application form 2025.
• Step 5: Enter the personal details and academic details, such as higher secondary and matriculation marks.
• Step 6: Upload the passport-size photograph and signature.
• Step 7: Afterwards, choose the channel of the test, which is AEEE or JEE Main 2025, and the exam centres. Select up to three cities.
• Step 8: Before submitting and paying the fees, preview the AEEE 2025 application form and check for any errors.
• Step 9: After that, click on the 'Submit' button.

Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP)

The Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) is launched by Amrita University. This portal is for candidates applying for admission to B.Tech programs. This is a centralised location for AEEE registration 2025, fee payment, slot booking, admit card download, result notification, and counselling.

Candidates who successfully register for AEEE 2025 will receive login information that will allow them to access the AOAP for any of the aforementioned activities.

Slot Booking for AEEE 2025

Candidates registered for AEEE must visit the University website ahead of the last day to select the "slot and time slot" of their choosing, subject to availability. This is known as "SLOT BOOKING."

The number of test centres, days, and operating slots in a day are determined by the number of candidates in a certain city. Candidates should submit more choices to get the benefits of sliding. Participants can change the academic preferences already submitted even after the publication of the Trial Allotment.

How to Book AEEE Slots?

Dates/slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If a candidate does not exercise their option, a date/slot is assigned to them based on availability.

To reserve an exam day and slot, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

• Step 1: Candidates must register on the official website.
• Step 2: After logging in, candidates can choose a test day and period based on their availability.
• Step 3: To select a date, click the available date and then the proceed option.
• Step 4: On the following screen, candidates will be asked to choose a test slot based on its availability status.
• Step 5: To confirm the booking, click the "Confirm Slot" option.
• Step 6: A reserved space cannot be changed under any circumstances. Requests for test centre changes will also be denied.
• Step 7: The address of a candidate's examination centre will be listed on the admit card, which may be downloaded after booking the slots.

The exam duration of AEEE 2025 (Computer-Based Test) is two and a half hours. Here’s how the examination slots are divided:

The candidates have to submit certain documents apart from entering their academic marks and grades. The participant must be careful while doing so, as any slight difference will immediately cancel the applicant’s candidature.

AEEE 2025 Application Form Instructions

The candidates must keep in mind particular instructions laid by the university regarding the AEEE online application. These may act maliciously if done wrongly and will lead to termination. The instructions regarding online AEEE phase 1 registration are given below:

• The candidate must submit only one AEEE application form 2025. 
• The name of the candidate and their parents must be the same as from the class 12th certificate.
• No prefix or suffix title should be used with the candidate’s name.
• Candidates will be provided with an AEEE application form correction window before counselling to correct the data mistakenly entered by the candidates.
• The participant must not send any hard copy to the college. However, they must keep a hard copy of the application with them for future reference.
• The application fee is non-refundable.
• The application form can be filled out step by step. The candidate can pay the fees later after registering. However, AEEE application form 2024 will not be submitted before the payment of fees.
