The AEEE 2025 phase 2 dates have been announced on the official website. The AEEE phase 2 2025 will be conducted from May 10 to May 14, 2025, across three shifts. The last date to fill out the AEEE application form 2025 is May 02, 2025. Candidates can register using their name, date of birth and contact details.

About AEEE Exam
AEEE full form is Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts exams to offer admission to the students. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham was established under section 3 of the UGC ACT 1947. It is Deemed to be a University with multi-campus, multidisciplinary research.
Students aspiring to study in the Amrita School of Engineering campuses have to write an AEEE exam and score a minimum cut off score to be eligible for attending counselling. Amrita School of Engineering has five campuses which are the Amritapuri Campus (Kerala), Bengaluru Campus (Karnataka), Coimbatore Campus (Tamil Nadu), Chennai Campus (Tamil Nadu), and Amaravati campus (Andhra Pradesh).
AEEE will be conducted online (Computer-Based Test) and offline (Pen & Paper Test). Pen & Paper Tests are only available in Tamil Nadu. Some of the highlights are provided in the table below.

AEEE application forms for phase 2 are out on the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) and are available till May 02, 2025. Once the candidates fill out their AEEE 2025 Application Form, they must go through the application form once or twice to check whether the details they provided are correct and ensure that there are no mistakes.
Moreover, they must keep essential documents and information handy, such as Birth Certificates, Class 10 mark sheets, class 12 mark sheets, Bank details for payment, etc. AEEE 2025 application form is accepted only after payment of the application fee.
Candidates must upload their scanned photo of size 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height), and their signature while filling out the application form. The sizes of the images must be less than 200 KB and should be in JPG/JPEG format.
AEEE 2025 Fee Payment
The application fee is INR 1500 for candidates seeking admission through AEEE 2025 and INR 350 for candidates seeking admission based on the rank scored in JEE Mains. Students seeking admission through both the exams, AEEE and JEE Mains, must pay INR 1200 as the application fee. Payment can be made online through Net Banking /Debit Card/ Credit Card.

To check the results, follow the step-by-step procedure given below:

Important Instructions on AEEE 2025 Result
AEEE releases a Rank List for counselling purposes. The Candidates are ranked based on an aggregated score of AEEE Score and PCM from +2 (or equivalent qualifying exam) across various boards. The fraction is 60:40 for AEEE Score to PCM Marks.
Candidates have to pay a fee of INR 500 against the AEEE 2025 Seat Allotment process, which begins right after the publication of results.
AEEE 2025 Slot Booking
The AEEE slot booking process for Phase 2 will begin in May 2025, at least 10 - 15 days before the exam at amrita.edu. Candidates can reserve their AEEE time slots for the exam using their registered email addresses or mobile numbers.
Candidates can choose the exam date and time that works best for them via the AEEE 2025 slot booking method. Those who do not book an AEEE phase 2 slot are assigned exam dates and times based on availability. Soon after the AEEE slot booking facility closes, they can download their admit card when it becomes accessible.

AEEE 2025 Slot Booking Process
Candidates must book AEEE seats on the official website. They can take the following steps to learn how to book AEEE phase 1 slots online:
- Step 1: Visit the official website, amrita.edu.
- Step 2: On the homepage, log in with their registered email address or mobile number.
- Step 3: Determine the test date and AEEE phase 1 spots depending on availability. To select the date, click on the available date and then the proceed option.
- Step 4: To finalise the booking, click the "Confirm Slot" button.
AEEE 2025 Admit Card
AEEE admit card for phase 2 will be made available after the conclusion of the application process. Candidates who will fill out the application form and pay a special fee can download their AEEE admit card 2025 from the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Credential: To access the AEEE 2025 admit card, the candidate needs to enter confidential credentials (email ID or phone number) on the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
AEEE Admit Card Hard Copy: Candidates should have a hard copy of the admit card when entering the examination hall, and it should be produced to the authority upon inquiry. If a candidate fails to produce their admit card, they will not be permitted to write the examination.
Steps to Download AEEE 2025 Admit Card
The following are the steps to access the AEEE admit card 2025:
- Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of Amrita University at www.amrita.edu.
- Step 2: Find AEEE 2025 Slot Booking tab/Link. Click on it.
- Step 3: AEEE login page will appear; use the login credentials.
- Step 4: Book the slot for AEEE 2025.
- Step 5: After the successful submission of Slot Booking, the AEEE 2025 admit card will appear on the screen.
- Step 6: Download the AEEE 2025 Admit Card and take a print of it.
The candidate should retain a copy of the admit card for future reference. Ensure that the AEEE 2025 admit card has all the spelling correct and other information correctly printed to avoid any future problems during AEEE verification.
AEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility of any candidate is tested on the grounds of academics and age. The applicant has to provide authentic information about themselves to be able to take the entrance test. If it is found that the candidate has violated the authenticity of personal information, then their candidature will be cancelled at that instant.
Academic Qualification
Candidates must have passed their 12th grade or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics individually, and a minimum of 60% in these disciplines as a whole.
The candidate who wishes to appear in the exam must fulfil the minimum AEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria and have a minimum qualification of Class XII/ PUC or completed an equivalent examination.
Age Limit
Candidates who want to give AEEE should have a minimum age of 18 years.
Lateral Entry
Candidates with a minimum of 60% marks in a diploma course in engineering awarded by any State Board Technical Education are eligible for AEEE 2025.
What are the Admission Criteria and Eligibility For Scholarships?
The rank obtained in AEEE 2025 or JEE Mains 2025 will determine admission to the B.Tech programmes at Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Amaravati, and Nagercoil. Candidates who score high in both the AEEE 2025 and the JEE Mains 2025 have a better chance of getting into their desired branch, with the added benefit of scholarship incentives.
AEEE 2025 Scholarships are available to qualified candidates across all areas, totalling around 4.5 crores each year for the top 300+ students. Scholarship grants for the first year are determined by the admission exam rank (AEEE or JEE Mains) and then by the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) in future years.
AEEE 2025 Exam Pattern
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will be conducting only Center-Based Tests (CBT). The exam will be based on the JEE Main model. AEEE 2025 will be in two phases benefiting admission aspirants, as the better score from the two will be considered.
AEEE 2025 will be a 2.5-hour computer-based test with 100 questions covering Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and English. The questions are from the classes 11 and 12 syllabus. According to AEEE 2025 Exam Pattern, the question paper will have four major sections comprising a total of 60 questions.

AEEE 2025 Preparation Tips
The AEEE exam is an entrance exam for admissions to engineering. Hence, the exam has Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as its constituent subjects. To prepare for these core sections, we have to start with the basics.
Basics Are Key
Any complex concept in Physics and Chemistry is concerned with small concepts. The key is to learn them by heart and study them by linking them to an observed phenomenon. For example, some basic concepts like integration and differentiation are a mixture of numerous small functions in mathematics. Similarly, in Physics also, problems on speed, time and distance can be solved by applying laws of motion.
Practice Makes it Happen
There are no shortcuts to success, and the same is true for studies also. Behind every question that the candidate solves, practising it tens of times is hard work. So if the candidate practices numerical and logical calculations regularly, it will help the candidate reap dividends in the exams.
Analysis of Previous Question Papers
We know that every year, the pattern of the exam changes. Unfortunately, we can't do much about the changes. But, we can analyze the constant topics that are asked in the exam. Preparing well for 80% of the constant things in the exam is a good choice that one can make. After all, the cut-off for AEEE is not as high as for JEE Main.

The syllabus of AEEE is majorly covered in NCERT Books of Class 11th and Class 12th. But, from a competitive perspective, reference books are essential. Therefore, books such as HC Verma for Physics, RD Sharma for Mathematics, and OP Tondon for Chemistry are among the most popular among the aspirants.
AEEE 2025 Cut Off
The cut off for AEEE 2025 will be announced by the conducting body called Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in the form of opening and closing ranks. Students can analyse the cut-offs by looking at previous years' cut-offs and prepare a strategy for cracking the exam.
The cut-off will be declared after each round of Counseling. Students must also check their cut-off according to their category, as each category will have different cut-offs. Only those students who have scored the minimum percentage required in the entrance exam and the minimum required percentage in their 12th examination can go forward with college admission.

AEEE 2025 Counselling
AEEE 2025 counselling be conducted through the Centralized Seat Allotment Process (CSAP) in Jun 2025. The trial allotment for AEEE will be issued first.
AEEE 2025 Counselling process will be according to the CSAP (Centralised Seat Allotment Process) methodology. For which the process will happen on the online portal.
Applicants whose names appear on the AEEE 2025 rank list will be able to participate in the counselling procedure. Unlike 2023, Amrita University will now be accepting JEE Main scores too for admission purposes.
AEEE Counseling process consists of the registration process for Counseling by paying Counseling charges, academic preference, seat allotment, acceptance of seat offered, payment of fees, and document verification process. The seat allotment process will be done separately for candidates applying through JEE Main 2025 and AEEE 2025.
AEEE 2025 Counselling Schedule
The candidates will be required to pay an amount of INR 500 to appear for counselling. It will begin right after the publication of the AEEE 2025 result. Candidates applying using JEE mains score must note that only the JEE Mains January Session Score is accepted.
How Does CSAP Work?
Follow the steps below to register and check the allotment results through CASP:
- Step 1: Register for CSAP
- Step 2: Fill choices
- Step 3: Check allotments
- Step 4: Accept the result and pay fees
- Step 5: If a candidate does not want to accept the seat allotted, the slide option should be chosen by them.
Documents Required for AEEE 2025 Counselling
Students have to bring the required documents (in original) along with their photocopies at the time of Counseling. Without document verification, candidates will not be considered for admission. A list of required documents at the time of counselling is given below:
