HP CMAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The students who intend to apply for HP CMAT must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the test and apply for the Himachal Pradesh Combined Management Aptitude Test only if they meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
Education Qualification: The applicant must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- The applicant must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for the general category and 45% aggregate marks for SC/ ST category in the bachelor's degree.
- Candidates appearing in the final year degree examination are also eligible for HP CMAT.
Age Limit: The conducting authority has set the upper age limit of 26 years for NRI/ NRI sponsored/ foreign national candidates/ students, and serving/retired defence personnel.
- Similarly, 29 years is the upper age limit for SC/ ST candidates.

HP CMAT 2023 Application Form
Registration: You can register online for the Himachal Pradesh Combined Management Aptitude Test.
Registration Fee: An application processing fee of INR 500 for the general category and INR 250 SC/ ST category is to be paid while filling the application form.
Payment Mode: The applicant must pay the registration/ application fee online through net banking/ debit card/ credit card.

Steps for Online Application Process
- Visit the university official website.
- Check for the online application link and click on it.
- Proceed to fill the application form.
- Fill in all the required details correctly.
- Upload all the required scanned documents.
- Continue filling in all the required details and submit.
- Payment of registration fee shall be made through net banking/ debit card/ credit card.
- On successful registration, a unique identification number will be generated.
- Unique identification number generated will be used for future interaction for downloading the admit card and for checking the results.
HP CMAT 2023 Admit Card
Availability: After registering successfully, admit card for the aptitude test will be available to download online through the official website.
Download: The applicant must download the hall tickets from the university website.
ID Proof: The applicant must carry anyone government ID proof such as Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport along with the admit card.
Admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall, failing which the applicant is not allowed to write the exam.
Admit card contains all the details of the candidate and details about the test like exam date, exam timing and exam centre venue.

HP CMAT 2023 Exam Pattern
Mode: Himachal Pradesh Combined Management Aptitude Test 2023 will be conducted offline i.e. Pen Paper Based Test (PBT).
Question Type: The question paper consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ).
No. of Questions & Topics: Himachal Pradesh Combined Management Aptitude Test consists of 200 multiple choice questions in total.
The Question Paper consists of 4 sections.
- English Comprehension

- Arithmetic Comprehension & Data Interpretation
Each section has 50 multiple choice questions and 200 questions in total.
Duration: The time given to complete the examination is 180 minutes i.e 3 hours.

HP CMAT 2023 Results
Results: The conducting authority announces the results of the test through the university official website.
Scorecard: The applicant must download 'Rank Card' from the website only.
Ranking: All candidates who appeared for the entrance test are awarded ranks as per marks secured in the test appeared.

HP CMAT 2023 Counselling
Counselling: Shortlisted candidates have to undergo a counselling process.
After the test results are announced, the shortlisted candidates have to undergo group discussions and personal interviews.
Based on the performance in the aptitude test, group discussion, personal interview and application rating, candidate admission is evaluated.
If the candidate satisfies or performs well in all the rounds of the selection process, they get admission into the university.
