ITM NEST application form 2025 will be released soon. Online registration for ITM NEST 2025 will begin, and candidates may submit applications through Apr 2025. What is ITM NEST 2025?

The full form of ITM NEST is ITM national entrance and scholarship test. ITM NEST is conducted by ITM University, which is situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. After qualifying for this exam, a candidate can get admission into the streams like Engineering, Computer Science, Law, Fine Arts, Management, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Art & Design, Architecture, and Nursing.

This exam is conducted every year, and the application form for ITM NEST will be released in January every year. It can be filled via online and offline modes. The result for ITM NEST 2025 is expected to be released on the official website.

ITM NEST Exam Dates

ITM NEST admit card will likely be made available by ITM University starting in May 2025. The tentative date for ITM NEST 2025 is May 2025. One week following the conclusion of ITM NEST 2025, the results and names of the selected candidates are announced, and on that day, counselling begins.

ITM NEST Eligibility Criteria

ITM University has set the criteria for the qualification of a candidate. Eligibility for the ITM NEST 2025 exam is as follows:

B.Tech/ B.Tech [Hons.] in Civil, Mechanical, ECE, EE, CSE, IT, Automobile, Agricultural, Petroleum Engineering. The candidate should have obtained an aggregate of more than 50% marks in 10+2 (Maths stream).
B.Tech/ B.Tech [Hons.] in Biotechnology Engineering The candidate should have obtained an aggregate of more than 50% marks in 10+2 (Maths/Biology stream).
B.Tech CSE (Specialization in Data Science and Machine Learning/ Cloud Computing/ Cyber Forensics) The candidate should have obtained an aggregate of more than 65% marks in 10+2 (Maths stream).
Integrated Program [B.Tech+MBA/M.Tech] in Mechanical, Civil, ECE, CSE] The candidate should have obtained an aggregate of more than 65% marks in 10+2 (Maths stream).
Integrated Program [B.Tech+MBA/M.Tech] in Biotechnology The candidate should have obtained an aggregate of more than 65% marks in 10+2 (Maths/Biology stream).
M.Tech in CSE, Geotechnical, Structural Engineering, VLSI, Construction Technology & Management, Communications System, Thermal Engineering, Machine Design, Production & Industrial Engineering The candidate should have obtained an aggregate of more than 50% marks in BE/ B.Tech from any recognized university.
BCA The candidate should have scored a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 in any stream.
BCA [Hons.] The candidate shall have scored a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 in any stream.
MCA The candidate should have done 10+2 in Maths and Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
PGDCA The candidate should be a graduate in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer Applications/Mechanical Engg./Civil Engg./ECE. The candidate should possess a Post Graduation degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
BBA The candidate should have completed 10+2 with 50% marks.
BBA [Hons.]/ BBA [Hons.] in Financial Markets with NSE/Business Analytics. The candidate should have scored 55% marks in 10+2.
MBA (Supply Chain & Logistics Management/Financial Markets/Agri-Business/Hospital Management/Dual Specialization) Candidates should have done UG/PG with 50% marks.
MBA in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Candidates should have done UG/PG in Science stream with 50% marks.
 B.Com Candidates should have obtained 50% marks in 10+2. 
B.Com [Hons.] /B.Com [Hons.] pursuing CA,CS & CMS Candidates should have obtained 55% marks in 10+2.
Integrated Program in Management [IPM] The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2.
D.Pharma The candidate should have passed 10+2 in PCB/PCM with a minimum of 50% marks

M.Pharma Candidates should have passed B.Pharm with minimum 60% marks
B.Arch Candidates should have acquired a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 with PCM and should have a valid NATA score/ JEE Paper II Cutoff
B.Sc Nursing Candidates should have a minimum of 45% marks in PCB with English in 10+2.
M.Sc Nursing The candidate should have done B.Sc Nursing with one year of experience.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing The candidate should have completed GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) with NM & RM.
B.Optom The candidate should have passed 10+2 in PCB/PCM with a minimum of 50% marks.
B.Sc [Hons.] in Agriculture Candidate must have done 10+2 with Science/Agriculture with a minimum of 50% marks.
M.Sc Agriculture in Agronomy/ Horticulture Candidate should have completed UG/PG in Agriculture stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
PhD in Agriculture The candidate should have completed a PG degree with 55% marks.

Diploma in Food Processing  The candidate should have qualified 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 40% marks.
Post Graduate Diploma in Food Processing The aspirant must have a UG degree in Science stream with a minimum of 40% marks.
PhD in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Environmental Science/Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics A student should have a PG degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
B.Sc in Interior Design/Fashion Design The candidate should have qualified 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 40% aggregate.
Diploma in Interior Design /Fashion Design The candidate should have passed 10th with a minimum of 40% marks.
M.Des in Fashion Design/Interior Design The candidate should possess a UG degree in any stream with 50% marks.
BPES Candidate with a minimum of 40% marks in 10+2.

Certificate in Operation Theatre Technician  The candidate should have done 10+2 with PCB with at least 50% marks.
Diploma in Anesthesia Technician/Anaesthesia Technician The candidate should have done 10+2 with PCB with at least 50% marks.
Bachelor in Physiotherapy [BPT]  The candidate should have done 10+2 with PCB with at least 50% marks.

ITM NEST 2025 Application Form 

To apply for ITM NEST 2025, a student can follow two modes:

  • Offline mode
    • Visit the official ITM University website.
    • Click on the "Apply Now" tab and complete the registration form with details such as name, contact number, email ID, course preference, state, and city.
    • Upon successful registration, candidates will receive their username and password on the registered mobile number.
  • Online mode
    • Obtain the application form from the university's admission office.
    • Fill in the required details manually

  • Online Mode: Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, including passport-sized photographs and signatures, as per the specified format.
  • Offline Mode: Attach photocopies of the required documents with the application form.

ITM NEST 2025 Application Form Fees

Students can check the details about the payment of application fee:

  • Amount: INR 1000/-
  • Online Mode: Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or net banking.
  • Offline Mode: Payment can be made through a demand draft drawn in favor of "ITM University," payable at Gwalior.

ITM NEST 2025 Admit Card

The admit card for the test will be found on the official website. The ITM NEST admit card is a the entry ticket to the exam hall. It is a compulsory document to be carried without which entrance will be denied and the candidate cannot attempt the examination.

Steps to Download the ITM NEST 2025 Admit Card

  • Step 1: Visit the official website
  • Step 2: Login with Registered ID
  • Step 3: Go to Admit Card for ITM NEST 2025
  • Step 4: Select the option to Download Admit Card
  • Step 5: Save the same and take multiple print outs of the same 

All details mentioned on the admit card must be veirified before hand. Any invalid entry will be considered as illegit and the candidate can be barred from the exam. Personal information, date and time of the test must be verified as well. 

ITM NEST 2025 Exam Pattern

As mentioned, the exam will be conducted offline and online. There will be 100 questions divided into 2 parts. Part A is a general paper where as Part B will be subject-specific based on their opted course. There will be 90 minutes given for the entire paper. ITM NEST Results

Results of the ITM NEST 2025 exam will be declared on the official website. The mode of result declaration will be online and afterward, the counselling process will get started. The official date for the release of ITM NEST 2025 results has not been announced. However, based on previous years' trends, candidates can anticipate the results to be declared approximately one week after the examination concludes. For instance, if the exam is conducted in June 2025, the results may be expected by mid-July 2025.

ITM NEST Counselling

Candidates shortlisted for ITM NEST 2025 Counselling process will have to be physically present at the venue of counselling. In order to complete the admission, a candidate will need to submit his/her original documents at the counselling venue. These documents will be taken for the purpose of verification. Post verification, all documents will be returned to the student.
