- Step 2: Candidates must now sign up using their email address and password.
- Step 3: Access the website and then log in. Go to the website's admission section and click the Apply button.

- Step 5: After completing the form, click Next and then submit the scanned copies of the necessary papers.
- Step 6: Application processing fees can be paid with a debit/credit card, UPI, etc.

- If candidates obtain the form by post from participating colleges or associating offices. In that case, it must be submitted along with a demand draft of INR 750/- in favor of APDMC, payable to Bhopal.
- If candidates download the application form for MBBS & BDS courses from the website, then it must be submitted along with a DD of INR 1500/- in favor of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.
