TS LAWCET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines are now available on the official website for admission to law courses in colleges situated in Telangana. Osmania University conducts the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) on TSCHE’s behalf. The date for the exam this year was Jun 3, 2024, at the time allotted by the exam centres. 

The exam day guidelines of TS LAWCET 2024 specify the material allowed in the examination hall, how to properly use the questions paper booklet, reporting time for exam day, sitting allocation, and much more. It will help students prepare for the examination better.

TS LAWCET 2024 Exam Reporting Time

The exam timings for TS LAWCET 2024 are divided into 3 sessions. Per the TS LAWCET 2024 exam day guidelines, the candidates should enter the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement.

This will help them familiarize themselves with the venue and seating arrangements. The candidates won’t be allowed to enter the examination hall even one minute late.

TS LAWCET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

To enter the examination hall, the TSCHE has released a list of materials for the exam day. Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination hall.

  • Candidates must carry their TS LAWCET 2024 admit card/hall ticket. They should avoid tampering with the admit card and preserve it carefully. Any tampering with the admit card will lead to disqualification of the candidature. 
  • One of these government-issued valid photo IDs along with the admit card- Pan Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ 12th Class Board Admit or Registration Card/ Passport/ Adhaar Card (With Photograph)/ E-Aadhaar/ Ration Card- to be presented by the candidate. 
  • For any changes to the candidate’s name or surname, an original proof of identity must be carried. 
  • Candidates are allowed to carry a transparent water bottle. 

TS LAWCET 2024 Seating Allocation

The TS LAWCET 2024 exam day guidelines also mention the seat allocation process. Candidates should ensure the following practices for a proper seat allocation.

  • The candidates must be seated in their allotted seats until the examination is over. 
  • The candidates won’t be allowed to leave their allotted seats until the duration of the examination is over.

TS LAWCET 2024 Question Paper Booklet

As per the TS LAWCET 2024 exam day guidelines, the candidates must be aware of the following details about the question paper.

  • The candidates must read the instructions on the question paper booklet carefully. 
  • The question paper will have 120 objective-type questions to be solved within 90 minutes.
  • The question paper will have three sections: General Knowledge and Current Affairs, each with 30 questions, and the Aptitude section, which will contain another 60 questions. 
  • English and Telugu are the mediums available for the question paper. 
  • Candidates must attend to their question papers in silence. Any disturbance and discussion will be considered malpractice.

TS LAWCET 2024 Prohibited Materials

According to the guidelines 2024, candidates are not allowed to carry any materials that will help them in solving the question paper. If the candidate is found in possession of any unfair means, they will immediately disqualified from the examination. The list of prohibited materials in the examination hall is given below.
