Things to be Carried to UKSEE Exam Centre 2023

The candidates are asked to bring certain documents along with the admit card. The invigilator at the exam centre will verify the identity proof along with the admit card. The documents or records required are given below.

  • Hard Copy of the UKSEE Admit Card 2023.
  • A photo ID proof issued by the Government of India like the Voter’s ID/ Driver’s License/ Adhaar card.
  • A passport size photograph (same used at the time of application). 
  • A certificate from Medical Practioner (only applicable to PwD applicants).

UKSEE 2023 Exam Day Instructions

The candidates are advised to follow certain instructions that are given by the conducting body. These instructions are critical, and the conducting body will terminate the candidates if the candidate failed to meet any vital ones. The instructions are given below.

  • The candidates should carry the admit card with them to the exam centre.
  • The invigilator will verify the admit cards and other documents.
  • The candidates should reach the exam centres at least an hour before the commencement of the exam.
  • Refrain from talking to other participants during the exam.
  • The candidates should not have argued with the invigilator.
  • Electronic devices and study materials are prohibited in the examination hall.
  • The Uttarakhand Technical University will make the final decision.

UKSEE 2023 COVID-19 Guidelines

Under the country's current situation, the candidates are given additional instructions solely based on the COVID-19 protocol that the Government of India issued. The candidates are advised to follow them, and the guidelines are given below.

  • The candidates should wear a face mask during the exam and must not have removed it in any situation.
  • The candidates should have a pocket hand sanitiser in transparent bottles.
  • The participants must bring their water bottle and not share it; the water bottles should also be transparent.
  • The students should not gather in groups and maintained social distance.
