Important Information of YCMOU MBA Application Form 2023
A scanned passport size photograph and a signature will also be required to upload in the application form. Then in the final stage of filling up the form, the candidates have to pay the application fees. Last year the fees were INR 500. After the final submission, they have to collect the payment receipt and submit it to the Study Centre for confirmation of admission.
- Offline Application Form: The candidate should contact his/ her study centre for guidance regarding obtaining the examination form 2-3 months before the commencement of the examination schedule
- Online Application Form: For many academic programs, the Forms can also be downloaded from the university portal for all the students who have covered the eligibility criteria.
- Payment: The candidate can pay the fees through a Net Banking/ Credit card or debit card.
- Exam Fee: The exam fee is collected at the time of admission along with the course fees. The examination fee is not paid along with the program fee.
The examination form is available free of cost to the students. The student can use a xerox copy of the examination form too. The form is being made available on the website.
- The examination form must be filled out carefully and fully with due attention to the correctness of the information and the following of correct procedures.
- Once the fee is paid, the candidate will have to log in to the official website again.
Note: The application fee of INR 500 for YCMOU MBA 2023 can be paid by debit card/ credit card or internet banking.
How to Register for YCMOU MBA 2023?
Candidates can use the following steps to register themselves for the YCMOU MBA 2023.
- Step 1: Go to the official website i.e ycmou.formsubmit.in.
- Step 2: Click on the ”Apply Online” button.
- Step 3: Enter the 16-digit PNR number and submit.
- Step 4: Fill in all relevant details in the application form.
- Step 5: Application form ID and password is sent to the candidate.
- Step 6: Log in with the credentials and pay the application fee.
Important Documents Required at the Time of Application
Some of the important documents the candidates need to keep with them during the time of applying.
- A scanned image file of your Proof of Date of Birth (Adhaar Card, PAN card, School Leaving Certificate, Driver’s License).
- A scanned image file of your Statement of marks of the qualifying exam and a Passing certificate of the qualifying exam based on which you are seeking admission.
- A Scanned image file of your Cast Certificate/ Cast Validity Certificate/ Non-Creamy Layer for Other Backward Classes (if required).
- A scanned image file of your Gazette Notification (if the name on documents is different than the name in which you want to apply).
- A Scanned image file of your recent (within the last 6 months) passport size coloured photograph (35 mm X 45mm) with a minimum 72 to maximum 150 DPI resolution. (Image File is preferably in jpg format, for multiple image pages use pdf file format).
