The MMIT scholarship examines engineering admissions at the Marathwada Mitramandal's Institute of Technology (MMIT), Pune. Around 10 scholars will be selected and awarded laptops, smartphones and other gifts.
MMIT has been affiliated and notified by the Savitribai Phule Pune University with NAAC’s ‘A’ grade accreditation approved by AICTE. The Marathwada Mitramandal's Institute of Technology Lohgaon, Maharashtra, offers MMIT Scholarship on the occasion of 52 years of completion of Marathwada Mitra Mandal.

Note: MMIT scholarship application for 2023 still needs to be updated. However, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

MMIT Scholarship for Engineering Students Eligibility Criteria

General conditions of eligibility to apply for MMIT scholarships are provided below.

  • The program is available to all eligible students in India.
  • Candidate must have completed class 12th from a recognized board.
  • Students who studied science in their higher secondary are eligible to apply.
  • The applicant must be pursuing or have the interest to pursue engineering at MMIT.
  • It is mandatory to clear and get a valid score card in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET).

MMIT Scholarship for Engineering Students Rewards and Benefits

A total number of 10 scholars will be selected for the MMIT program by conducting a scholarship examination.

  • For the 1st Prize Laptop, Memento and a certificate will be given to the winner.
  • A smartphone, memento and a certificate are the awards for the second prize winner.
  • 10 Pen Drives will be given as consolation prize.

MMIT Engineering Scholarship Activity Schedule

SL.NO Scholarship Type
1 Scholarship of INR 25,000 in fees during admission. It will be given on a first come first serve basis under Management quota.
2 For a single girl child, a scholarship amount of INR 21,000 in fees will be given during admission.
3 INR 11,000 is given as a scholarship in fees during admission.
4 INR 30,000 scholarship in hostel fee waiver scheme.
5 INR 20,000 for the mess charge waiver.
6 INR 1, 25,000 as earn and learn scheme.
7 Bus charges waiver for financially poor students.
 8 No Donation (Management quota admission).

Note: Once the candidate has been admitted to MMIT engineering courses, he/she can claim for the scholarship.

MMIT Scholarship for Engineering Students Application Process

Eligible candidates can apply online for the MMIT scholarship program, step by step process is given below.

  • Visit the MMIT scholarship portal and access the registration form.
  • Fill up personal details and contact information.
  • Upload the photograph in jpg/png or bmp format.
  • Choose the exam center preference.
  • Complete the registration form and submit.

Selection Process

  1. 200 applications shall be shortlisted on the first-cum-first-serve basis.
  2. Top 10 candidates will get selected on the basis of merit in scholarship examination.
  3. The scholarship is disbursed once the student takes admission.
