Tie Breaking for Chandigarh NEET Merit List 2024
There can be many chances where two or more students have the same score. In such cases, there is a need for tie-breaking. The tie-breaking rules are mentioned as follows:
- Aspirants with higher marks in biology are given a better rank
- If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in chemistry is given a preference
- If the tie still does not break, the candidate with lesser negative marks is prioritized
