1. Online Registration
Candidates intending to attend the Gujarat NEET PG 2024 counselling process are required to register on the official website of ACPPGMEC. A 14-digit PIN has to be purchased for online registration. The cost of this PIN is INR 2,000. This 5-digit number would serve as the candidate’s user ID. The registration process begins on Jun 23, 2024.
2. Document Verification

Reasons for not being Included in Gujarat NEET PG 2024 Merit List
A large number of candidates register for Gujarat NEET PG counselling. However, some of them might wonder why they are not included in the merit list. We have listed the reasons below:
- The applicant is not an Indian citizen (excluding candidates eligible under the NRI quota).
- The applicant did not clear NEET PG 2024.
- Candidate pursued MBBS/BDS from a university outside Gujarat (excluding candidates eligible for NRI & In-service quota).
- Failure to report at the help centre for the verification of documents.
- The candidate’s internship was completed after 31st March 2024.
- The Medical Board has declared the candidate unfit.
- The applicant was admitted through ACPPGMEC into MS/MD/MDS courses in the last three academic years or diploma programs in the last two academic years.
4. Online Filling of Choices
Candidates who are included in the state merit list need to enter their choices of courses and colleges in the online preference form. They will be required to visit the official website and log in to their registered accounts to fill in their choices. There is no limit on the number of choices that can be submitted by the applicant.
5. Release of Seat Allotment List
The authorities will release the result for every round of Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 in the form of a seat allotment list. To prepare this list, factors like NEET PG scores, the candidate’s merit position, and the choices filled are taken into consideration.
6. Confirmation of the Admission
Candidates who want to retain the seat allotted to them during Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2024 must follow the instructions given below in order to confirm their admission.
- Candidates must sign in to their registered account and schedule an appointment at the nearest help centre.
- Then, fill in their bank details for refunds (if any).
- Next, download the fee challan and allotment letter.
- Now, make the tuition fee payment (online or offline).
- Further, candidates must download the receipt of payment from the portal of ACPPGMEC.
- Go to the help centre at the scheduled date and time.
- Candidates must submit their documents in an envelope (dimensions: 11x15 inches) with the following information mentioned on it.
