 Guntur Medical College, established in 1946, is one of South India's premier medical institutions, located in the heart of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The college offers undergraduate courses with an intake of 200 students annually and a variety of medical specialties across clinical, para-clinical, and non-clinical branches. It is affiliated with Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences and works in conjunction with Government General Hospital, an 1170-bed tertiary care facility. The college is known for its rich clinical material, research work, and satellite-based training. The library holds 28,000 books and over 100 journals. A new super-specialty complex, the Podila Prasad GMCANA Super Specialty and Trauma Centre, has been built to meet growing health needs.

Placements & Internships : Its government college so better not to expect so much but a good to study MBBS in Andhra Pradesh.
