Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch:

• The Candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths and also 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 level examination.

(or)

• The candidate must have passed 3 years Diploma after 10th with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• In addition to the above, the candidate must also have passed National Aptitude Test of Architecture (NATA) – 2018 conducted by Council of Architecture.
• Further, the Merit List for Admissions will be made on the basis of NATA Score and the percentage of Aggregate marks both.

• The candidates are advised to keep 3 copies of the NATA score as 1 copy shall be required to be submitted at the time of document verification to the University, one copy shall be required to be submitted to the institution where admitted and one copy as a record copy by the candidate.
• There will be no CET exam conducted by the University for admissions to B.Arch. Programme.
• For Non-Minority Colleges/Institutes:
  • 85% seats are reserved for Delhi Region Candidates, i.e. those students who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/Institute located in NCT of Delhi.
  • 15% seats are reserved for Outside Delhi Region Candidates, i.e. those students who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/ Institute located outside Delhi.
• For Minority Colleges/Institutes:
  • The seats would be allocated on an all India basis in institutions that have a minority status.
  • In case of Self Financing Colleges/Institutes (except Minority Institutions), admissions will be through10% Management Quota seats. However, in the case of University Schools of Studies, Govt. Institutes and Minority Institutions, there will be no Management Quota.

Admission Procedure:

• Students will have to Update their result of qualifying examination(12th or diploma) and NATA Score.
• A list of Registered Candidates will be displayed on University Website
• Afterwards, A schedule for verification of documents will be displayed
• A Final Merit list of selected Candidates will be displayed.
