Saroj Mohan Institute of Technology offers both Undergraduate and Polytechnic courses under the Degree Division and Diploma Division of the institute. The Diploma Division was founded in 1999 whereas, the Degree Division was founded in 2003. Apart from academics, SMIT focuses on research and development as well.
