Library: Kashmir University provides facilities like a library with 16 divisions. It has a collection of 6 lakh books, and the library has also developed a unique display for visually impaired students. The collection includes braille books, DVDs/CDs, DAISY-Digital talking books, along with the various local, national and international newspapers. The Kashmir University library is also digitally equipped, which provides access to a bibliographic Database known as J-Gate plus or J-Gate Custom Content for Consortia (JCCC).
Hostel: The Kashmir University hostel provides a mess facility and recreational facilities. The Kashmir University offers separate accommodation facilities for boys and girls. A committee makes the allotment of the Kashmir University hostel according to certain prescribed norms.
