Candidates who are interested to apply for AP EAPCET 2023 online web counselling are required to carry the following documents.

AP EAPCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to satisfy the eligibility criteria to successfully register and appear for AP EAPCET 2023.
General Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
- Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
- The qualifying percentage of marks for the AP EAPCET 2023 is 25% of the maximum marks considered for the ranking. However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. But their admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories
B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FS&T)courses
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with any two/three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below.

Note:
- Irrespective of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in AP EAPCET 2023.(AM Category).
- Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023) and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC/ST candidates as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023).
For B. Pharm Course
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the CET committee. There is no upper age limit.
For B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) Course
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional, along with the bridge course examination in mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana shall be eligible.
For Pharm-D Course
- Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the diploma examination in pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh /Telangana.
- Candidates should obtain at least 45% marks (40% in case the candidate belongs to the reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together in the qualifying examination.
- The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023) to the above course.

AP EAPCET 2023 Photo Specifications
The photograph file should be in the jpg file format and the size should be less than 30 KB. whereas the signature's file format should also be jpg and the size has to be less than 15 KB. The candidates will have to upload these images while filling out the application form, so they need to prepare them before they start the application process.

AP EAPCET 2023 Admit Card
AP EAPCET 2023 Admit Card was released on the official website on May 9, 2023. The candidates were required to log into the candidate portal to access the AP EAPCET admit card. It will have various important details such as the candidate’s name, photograph, roll number, date and time of the exam, address of the exam centre, along with some important instructions which the candidates will be expected to follow on the date of exam.
If the candidates come across any discrepancies on the AP EAPCET admit card issued to them, they must get in touch with the conducting authorities immediately.
AP EAPCET Admit Card Important Instructions 2023
- All the candidates are expected to reach the AP EAPCET exam centre at least 45 minutes before the given reporting time. Latecomers will not be allowed to take the test.
- The candidates will undergo a biometric scan at the exam centre. They must not resist the scan.
Items to be carried to the examination hall:
- A hard copy of the AP EAPCET admit card
- A government-issued photo ID proof
- Caste certificate (for candidates belonging to any of the reserved categories)
