Shortlisted candidates can find the steps to register for the counselling rounds online and offline through the official website below.
- Step 1: Shortlisted candidates will be allowed to participate in the counselling process. Counselling letters will be sent to candidates via the registered number and email address.
- Step 2: Reporting to the counselling centres by the candidates on the dates to be released. Candidates can find the centre list from the authorities.
- Step 3: At the centre, the counselling registration starts with document verification and uploading of the same on the database.
- Step 4: Upon verification, candidates will now be able to enter their choices and lock the same. It is advised that candidates choose as many preferences as possible.
- Step 5: APJEE seat allotment 2024 is prepared and released online based on the availability of APJEE degree total seats 2024. Other factors such as the choices of the candidates also play a role in the same.
- Step 6: Candidates will receive a nomination or offer letter from the college that they have been allotted. Candidates who forfeit the seat without a valid reason will be banned from the admission process.
The list of documents and certificates are to be produced during verification at the counselling centres by all shortlisted candidates, failure to which will result in the disqualification of the candidates.
