About CMRUAT
CMR University Admission Test [CMRUAT] is an entrance test conducted by CMR University for admission into B.Tech (Hons) and MBA, at its School of Engineering and Technology and School of MBA. Established in 2013, CMR University is a private university affiliated o the Visvesvaraya Technological University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Situated at HRBR Layout in Bengaluru, it offers full-time UG courses Engineering and Management.
Every year the CMRUAT is conducted by CMR University, Karnataka. CMRUAT is a National Level Entrance Test that is conducted once a year. CMRUAT 2023 will be conducted on 3 dates as a Computer-based Test (CBT).
Through CMRUAT 2023, you can seek admission for B.Tech./B.Tech (Hons) Programme in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information technology, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering at its School of Engineering and Technology and MBA Programme at its School of Management.

CMRUAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for B.Tech: The candidates must have passed 10+2 or 10+3 (Diploma) or equivalent from a recognized university/board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical and Vocational subjects with a minimum of 45% marks in all subjects taken together (40% marks for SC/ST/PH category).
Eligibility for MBA: The candidates must have passed any bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized university/ board with a minimum of 45% marks in all subjects taken together (40% marks for SC/ST/PH category).
Age Limit: This is no upper age limit to apply for CMRUAT.
Nationality and Domicile: All Karnataka, non-Karnataka, NRI, and Foreign students are eligible to write the CMRUAT 2023.

CMRUAT 2023 Application Form
The application form is available on the official website of CMR University. The registration fee is INR 750/- for all the candidates.
Candidates can pay the Application Fee online or offline. Online payment can be made through Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card. And, the candidate who opts for offline payment shall send the printout of the application form duly signed along with the DD for Rs.750/- through speed post/courier to the address.

CMRUAT 2023 Admit Card
Candidates will be intimated about the allotment of test city, centre details, and date of the test by email & through SMS 4 days in advance. CMRUAT 2023 Admit Card will be available four days before the exam date on the official website at cmr.edu.in. The admit card contains the details such as Your full name, Test centre address, date of exam, test timing, and instructions.
Candidate must carry government ID proof such as Voter Id, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport along with the Admit Card. The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
You should not discard the admit card after the CMRUAT and preserve this authenticated Admit Card for the counselling process in the future.
CMRUAT 2023 Exam Pattern
CMRUAT 2023 will be conducted online i.e. Computer-based Test (CBT). The question paper will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
One mark will be awarded for every correct answer and no negative marking. The question paper will be in English.

CMRUAT 2023 Results and Counseling
Results: Results will be declared on the official website for all category candidates based on qualified marks shortly after the conduction of the exam.
Counselling: Candidates who have qualified for CMRUAT 2023 will be called for the counselling process after the results are announced. The date of the counselling will be intimidated to students through email to their registered email ID or SMS to the registered mobile number.
The candidates must appear in person for physical counselling for admission. before the Admission Committee. No relaxation of any kind is permissible in this regard.
The selection of candidates will be made following the CMRU regulations prevailing at the time of admission, and the selection process will be based on the academic merit and aptitude of the prospective candidate.
Candidate must bring the following documents in original at the time of counselling (to be taken back by the candidate after verification) along with two sets of attested photocopies:
- Class 10th mark sheet: Mandatory for all Programmes,
- Address Proof,
- 12th standard mark sheet,
- Valid Score of CMRUAT 2023,
- Pre-final Year Mark sheets for MBA Programme.
