• Step 1: Applicants first need to complete the Gujarat PGCET choice filling from the official website.
• Step 2: A trial round will be held first to allow students to get used to the counselling procedure.
• Step 3: ACPC will conduct the actual counselling round after the Gujarat PGCET 2024 mock round is over.
• Step 4: In the actual round, the candidates will have the chance to edit/delete/add/modify the selections they filled out in the mock round.
• Step 5: The exam conducting author will post the counselling result on the official website after the Gujarat PGCET 2024 choice filling is completed.
• Step 6: The seat allotment letter and fee challan can be downloaded by applicants satisfied with their seat allotment.
• Step 7: Candidates who are satisfied with their seat assignment must pay the fee online to confirm their enrollment. Applicants who do not pay the fee will not be eligible for the Gujarat PGCET counselling round in 2024.
• Step 8: Candidates who accept their seat assignment must report to the institute/college with all required documentation.
• Step 9: Candidates will be given the option to reorder their priorities after round one is completed. Based on unfilled seats at the particular institute, ACPC will conduct further counselling rounds. Applicants who advance to the next stage will be able to change their choices based on the updated seat matrix. Candidates must pay the fee amount online way when the result is announced.

Gujarat PGCET 2024 Participating Institutes

Participating institutes of Gujarat PGCET 2024 consist of institutes offering admissions in available M.E courses. The selection of preferred participating institutes has to be done during the Gujarat PGCET counselling process. In the year 2019, different institutes had participated in the counselling process.

Required Documents for Admission

Candidates who will clear the Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2024 will be allotted a seat in the Gujarat PGCET seat allotment round and need to bring specific documents which will be required during Counselling Process. The list of documents is specified as below:

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Qualifying degree statement of marks and degree/provisional certificate
• GATE/PGCET 2024 scorecard
• Category certificate (For candidates claiming reservation)
• Ex-servicemen certificate from Sainik Welfare Board and Certificate from Commandant in case of serving parent
• Certificate of physical disability certified by the concerned authority
• Sponsorship letter in case applying for a sponsored seat

Gujarat PGCET Counselling 2024 - Admission Cancellation

If a candidate wishes to withdraw from the counselling process, they must go to the login page and click on "Cancel admission." Candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number in order to revoke their admission. The admission will be cancelled after the candidate presents the OTP.

Gujarat PGCET 2024 Counselling- Guidelines

Candidates who will clear Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2024 and would be participating in Gujarat PGCET 2024 must adhere to the below-mentioned points:

• Students must register online for participating in Gujarat PGCET Counselling.
• Candidates need to fill out the application form, and help centres must verify the documents.
• Students must fill their choices in order of preference and should lock them within due date and time.
• Seats will be allotted in order of merit, based on choices filled and the category of candidates.
• Students who will be allotted a seat will have to pay seat confirmation fees for confirming the allotted seat.
• The student must visit the allotted institute to complete the admission process within the specified date and time.
• The Gujarat PGCET seat matrix will also be prepared by the exam conducting authorities.
