Usually, the counselling has two rounds, a group discussion, and a personal interview.
Group Discussion: The candidates' intelligence and skills will be put to test in the group discussion. These group discussions bring out the candidate's capability to make decisions and undertake plans and strategies related to managing a group.
Personal Interview: This is the most crucial part of JEMAT selection process. The overall attitude and the enthusiasm of the participant will be examined and analyzed. Candidates must confidently answer the questions hurled at them. There are questions that are asked to just check the wit of the candidate, the candidate is then expected to give an accordingly witty answer.
