JET Counselling 2023 (Jun 5): SCR, Admission Fee Payment (Till Jun 15)

JET counselling 2023 will commence on Jun 5, 2023, based on the merit list. The scholarship counselling round (SCR) will be held in two slots. Morning slot will be held from 9:30 Am to 1:30 PM, and afternoon slot from 2 PM to 5 PM. The last date to complete their admission fee payment is Jun 15, 2023.

Candidates must carry the necessary documents to the counselling process for verification purpose. After the counselling is completed, candidates will be allotted seats in the respective colleges where they have to report for further admission process. Counselling Procedure for JET 2023

Qualified candidates are to follow the steps below, for the counselling procedure for JET 2023. 

  • Step 1: After the results/merit list is declared Jain University will conduct counselling for the qualified students.
  • Step 2: The university will invite candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam via registered e-mail ID.
  • Step 3: Invited students can attend the counselling as per the schedule.
  • Step 4: Candidates who have secured marks more than the required cut-off will be eligible for counselling.
  • Step 5: A merit list will be prepared for the candidates who are eligible for the counselling.

Original Documents Required During JET 2023 Counselling

For admissions, the student must carry all the original and photocopy of the documents to the counselling for verification. Following is the list of the documents that should be carried by the candidates:

  • Class 10 and 12/PUC/ Equivalent exam mark sheet.
  • Graduation Marks sheet
  • Aptitude test scorecard
  • 10 passport size photographs along with 10 stamp size photographs.
  • Copy of photo identity proof
  • Transfer Certificate (original + 2copies)
  • Migration Certificate (original +2 copies for non-Karnataka candidates)
  • Caste certificate and Income certificate (original +2 copies, if required)
  • Parent or Guardian's PAN card
  • Provisional Admission offer letter.
  • Photocopy of provisional admission fee receipt.
  • Work experience certificate (if any)
