About JUST 2024
The Jain University Scholarship Test is an aptitude test conducted to select eligible candidates for the scholarship to the undergraduate engineering courses at Jain University. Jain University Scholarship Test is commonly called JUST.
Courses Offered: The university offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, but the candidates can get into the college only through the JUST exam 2024.
Categories of Scholarship: Jain University offers six categories of scholarship with an objective to encourage extraordinary talent in academics, sports, music, dance, and literary categories. Apart from this, the university also admits candidates with visual, auditory, or other significant physical disabilities to all the courses.
Admissions: Admission to Jain University is given based on the marks secured by the student in the JUST exam 2024, subject to the student satisfying the eligibility criteria of admission.

JUST 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The JUST 2024 exam has certain eligibility criteria for the candidates to meet to apply for and attend the examination. Candidates must check and make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria prior to applying for the JUST 2024 exam.
Failing to meet the JUST 2024 eligibility criteria will result in the candidates to be deemed ineligible for the exam and the application forms are considered invalid. The important aspects for the eligibility criteria are given below.
- Qualification: The eligibility criteria for the candidates must pass class XII or equivalent entrance exam. Documents supporting the educational qualifications must be used to verify this criterion.
- Category: The candidates belonging to general category must secure a minimum of 45% and a minimum of 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category in order to be eligible for attending the JUST 2024 Exam.
- Subjects: The candidates should have studied Physics, Mathematics, English, Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ technical vocational previously.
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship
The scholarship is offered to Indian nationals and is awarded to students of Jain University only. Candidates with other nationalities are not able to avail the scholarship. Scholarships are reviewed on a regular basis by the Jain University Scholarship Committee (JUSC).
The committee reserved the right to introduce new scholarships or to cease the award of scholarships at any time. The eligibility criteria for each scholarship and agreement on the number of scholarships to be awarded annually are approved by JUSC. The committee also approves the selection and renewal process.
Scholarship within each category will be awarded on the basis of merit (subject to the number of scholarships available in each category for that year) and not by any means be tested or otherwise influenced by any other award/ grant etc. held by the scholarship applicant. The scholarship is not transferable.
Important Details About Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for regular and lateral entry for B.Tech programs are as follows.
B. Tech. (Regular):
The applicants must pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects.
As optional with a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
B. Tech. (Lateral Entry):
The lateral entry option, candidates are directly admitted to the third semester (2nd year) of the B.Tech degree program at the School of Engineering and Technology.
The candidate should have a diploma or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution with 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST) in the final year examination. They are required to clear the prescribed subjects as specified by Jain University.
