MICAT Selection Process 2025 includes Group Discussions and Personal Interview rounds. The commission declared the MICAT II GDPI shortlist 2025 on Feb 14, 2025, along with the scorecard. At the same time, the MICAT I scorecard was out on Dec 20, 2024. The GDPI round was held from Feb 28, 2025- Mar 23, 2025. The commission will declare the MICAT Final Merit List 2025 soon. It is stated to be out on or before April 15, 2025.
Candidates will be required to enter their MICAT login details on the given link to access the GDPI shortlist. The direct link for the same will be provided below. The MICAT GDPI 2025 will be held across five states across India, namely- Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
The MICAT Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds were held on Feb 28, 2025, at MICA Ahmedabad; on Mar 4-5, 2025, in Bangalore; on Mar 21-23, 2025, in Delhi, and on Mar 16-17, 2025, in Kolkata. MICA Ahmedabad will assess the candidates based on their scores in CAT/GMAT, or XAT scores, MICAT scores, and GDPI interviews.

MICAT Stepwise Selection Process 2025
A step-by-step MICAT 2025 selection process has been provided below.
- Step 1: Every candidate must have appeared for at least one of the exams, i.e. one among CAT/XAT/GMAT. For a person who has appeared for more than one of the three examinations, the better score of the two will be taken. The best of the three scores will be taken into consideration for a person who has appeared in all three tests.
- Step 2: A qualifying psychometric test will then determine the person’s eligibility to appear for the MICA admission test (MICAT).
- Only those candidates who clear the above two selection processes will be called for GE and PI. The shortlisting involves the candidate's performance in their CAT/ XAT/ GMAT and MICAT scores.
- Step 3: Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI).
- Step 4: Finally, the candidates clearing the last stage successfully will be called for the MICAT counselling process. A person called for the MICAT counselling process is selected. Students are not usually barred from admission after the MICAT counselling procedure.

Documents Required for the MICAT Selection Procedure 2025
Every stage of every examination demands some kind of document to corroborate one’s eligibility. The documents required for the counselling process of MICAT 2025 are:
- The original counselling letter or the call letter
- Scorecard
- Original admit card or hall ticket
- Pass certificates of class 10 and class 12.
- Caste certificate
- Medical certificate
- Several copies of the pupil’s passport-size photographs
- Bank draft following the laid-down guidelines
