What is SRMCAT Exam?

About SRMCAT 2023: SRMCAT is also known as Sri Ramaswamy Memorial Common Admission Test. SRMCAT 2023 is a university level entrance exam for admission in MBA offered by SRM University. SRMCAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria
SRMCAT 2023 eligibility criteria for the examination have to be fulfilled in order to be eligible to appear for the exam. If candidates fail to meet the eligibility criteria for SRMCAT 2023 then, they were not allowed to appear for the exam. Moreover, all documents are thoroughly checked during the counselling process so the failure to not meet the given criteria might lead to loss of admission or even rejection of admission letter.
Graduation: Candidates must have at least completed a 3-year graduate course in any discipline from a recognized board. Candidates in the final year of graduation can also apply for the SRMCAT 2023 examination.
Minimum Marks: Candidates who wish to join the MBA program must have obtained at least 60% aggregate in graduation. Candidates who wish to join for 5 years Integrated MBA must have obtained 60% aggregate in the H.S.C exam or any equivalent exam.
Final Year Students: Students who are completing their final year of an undergraduate degree can also apply for the SRMCAT exam, provided they have to produce their graduation mark sheet at the time of counselling.

SRMCAT 2023 Application Form
SRMCAT 2023 application form will be available on the official website of SRM University. Candidates have to fill in all the required details in the SRMCAT 2023 application form such as personal details, academic details, and other required details.
Fee Payment: After successful registration with the SRMCAT 2023 application form, the candidate has to make the payment either by credit card/debit card/net banking or Demand Draft in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai.
How to Apply for SRMCAT 2023?
Submission and fill up of application form is available in two modes: Online and Offline.
Online Mode
This mode requires an application form to be filled online. All the required information have to be submitted online and submission of all the scanned documents should be in the required sizes. This mode involves online registration, application form fill up, form submission, and fee payment. The online application form involves the following steps:
Online Registration: This requires the name, mobile number, email ID for registration.
Verification of Email ID: The email ID given by the applicant is verified for enabling the application form.
Application Form Fill Up: It requires all the important information regarding the candidates to be filled up like personal details, academic details, selection of test cities, and slot booking.
Fee Payment: The application fee has to be paid online using either a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Photo and Signature Upload: The applicant must upload a recently taken photograph and scanned copy of the signature in the proper dimensions as given by the university to complete the application process.
Offline Mode
In this mode, the application form for SRMCAT 2023 is filled in offline mode without the requirement of online submission of documents and submission of DD for application fee payment.

SRMCAT 2023 Admit Card
SRMCAT 2023 admit card will be available on the official website after it has been released. Failure to download the admit card or losing the admit card will cause your failure to appear for the exam. Even the applicants who have applied offline have to download the admit card through the online process.
How to Download SRMCAT 2023 Admit Card?
SRMCAT 2023 admit card consists of candidature and assigned roll number of the candidate. Only those candidates who have successfully registered for the SRMCAT 2023 exam and have booked a time slot will be issued the SRMCAT 2023 admit card.
Candidates who fail to carry their SRMCAT admit card at the exam centre will not be allowed to write the exam and will be disqualified. They must carry a copy of the admit card which will be duly signed by the invigilator. SRMCAT 2023 admit card can be downloaded by following the steps given below:
- Step 1: Log on to the official website of SRM University.
- Step 2: Search for the link of ‘SRMCAT 2023 Admit Card’ and click on it.
- Step 3: Applicants have to enter their login credentials on the page that opens. Enter the registration number and date of birth.
