VTUEEE Counselling 2023 will begin soon after the declaration of VTUEEE results 2023. Candidates will be called for the counselling rounds once the process commences. This section contains all the important details regarding the counselling round, and documents required for VTUEEE counselling.
VTUEEE counselling for phases 1 and 2 will be conducted together after the declaration of results. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks and rank secured them.

VTUEEE Counselling 2023 Highlights
VTUEEE Counselling 2023 procedure for branch allocation for shortlisted candidates will be based on the merit list. Information regarding counselling dates and times will be available on the official website of the institute soon after the declaration of results.
No change of date/time of counselling is permissible. If a candidate does not personally appear before the Admission Committee for counselling on the date specified, their seat shall be offered to the next candidate in order of merit. If a candidate is unable to attend counselling on the specified date and time, they can attend on a subsequent time/date, after duly informing the Admission Office, regarding the same.
Candidates should decide for certain whether they should join the programme based on the branch allotted to them at the time of counselling before the payment of a fee. Once a candidate is allotted a branch, any requests from him to change the branch will not be entertained.
Balance fee payable can be paid online using Net Banking / Debit Card/ Credit Card at the official website. Candidate can also choose to pay the fee through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, payable at Chennai along with a cover letter to reach the admission office on or before the date specified in the admission card.

- Hall Ticket
- Result /Call Letter
- Class X or XII Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
- Marks Sheet of Qualifying Examination(class XII or Equivalent)
- 6 recent Passport size (3.5 x 4.5 cm) color photos
- Aadhar Card / Ration Card
- Demand draft (non-refundable) for Rs. 24000 drawn in favour of “Vel Tech Dr RR & Dr SR Technical University” payable at Chennai as a partial payment of tuition fee.
