BITSAT Tie-Breaking Criteria 2025
Tie-breaking rules play an important role in determining the rank of a candidate when two or more candidates score the same BITSAT scores. BITSAT has set some Tie-Breaking criteria and candidates can refer to the points below to know how it works.
- If there is a tie between two or more candidates with the same BITSAT score, the candidate with the highest score in Mathematics or Biology will be given the opportunity to rank higher.
- If the tie still exists, the candidate with the highest score in Physics will be placed in the higher position.
- If the tie still continues, then the candidate with the highest score in Chemistry will be preferred.
- If the tie still exists then the candidate with the highest marks in the 12th Class will be placed at the higher rank.
