BITSAT Seat Allotment 2023: Dates, Process, Documents Required

BITSAT Seat Allotment 2023 has been conducted by the BITS Pilani. BITSAT 2023 seat allotment process comprised of seven rounds. The seat allotment or iteration rounds were conducted from Jul 1, 2023 to Aug 23, 2023. Seat allotment to the various programs are contingent on the availability of seats in the BITS campuses of Pilani, Hyderabad, and Goa and NIIT University Neemrana. After the iteration process of BITSAT candidates are required to report to alloted colleges to complete the admission process.

BITSAT Seat Allotment 2023 Dates

BITSAT seat allotment rounds are also known as BITSAT Iteration rounds. BITSAT 2023 seat allotment consisted of seven iteration rounds. The important BITSAT dates are detailed in the table below:

BITSAT Seat Allotment Process 2023

The BITSAT  iteration first round commenced from Jul 1, 2023 and the last round concluded on Aug 23, 2023. The BITSAT seat allotment 2023 process is outlined below:

• Step 1: A schedule will be released for the first round of counselling seat allotment on the official website of BITS - Official Website.
• Step 2: The schedule will contain all the details regarding the admission assignment of seat allotment for eligible candidates, such as the date, time and venue where the counselling session will be held.
• Step 3: Only the selected candidates will be allowed to attend the counselling session.
• Step 4: During each round of counselling seat allotment, candidates will be allotted seats to colleges based on their BITSAT scores and ranks.
• Step 5: BITSAT second round counselling seat allotment details will also contain the same process, and this will be continued for all the rounds until all seats are filled.
• Step 6: The authority will release the schedule for eligible candidates to report to their allotted colleges, which will mention the mandatory documents that need to be checked or submitted.
• Step 7: All candidates must reach their respective colleges on time along with the documents mentioned in the schedule.

BITSAT Seat Allotment 2023 Results

After each round of counselling, the authority will provide the BITSAT seat allotment 2023 results. After the completion of the seat allotment process for each round, the authorities will declare when to report to the allotted campus. Candidates must stay updated and reach the allotted campus on time.

• 10th Class School Certificate and Marksheet.
• 12th Class School Certificate and Marksheet.
