However, candidates with PCM can also apply for the Pharmacy program. Candidates need to have adequate proficiency in English to qualify. In the 12th examination, the candidate must have received a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (if he/she took Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (if he/she took Biology in BITSAT) subjects, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects. |

Course-Based BITSAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The academic qualification required for each course offered through the exam has different pre-defined BITSAT 2024 eligibility conditions. - Eligibility Section: Candidates appearing for the 12th examination in 2024 or who passed the 12th examination in 2023 are eligible for BITSAT exam in 2024. If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in the 12th class or its equivalent, only the latest performance will be considered, as per BITSAT 2024 eligibility criteria.
- Ineligible Candidates: If a candidate completed the 12th examination in 2021 or earlier, they are not eligible to appear for the exam as per the BITSAT eligibility criteria 2024.
- Admission Procedure: BITSAT 2024 admission procedure will be made purely on merit. The candidate's merit position for admission will be based on the score obtained by the candidates in the exam.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2024 for International Applicants
International students can also apply for the exam, provided they meet the standard set by the BITSAT 2024 eligibility criteria. The standard provided by the BITSAT eligibility criteria 2024 differs for international students.
The BITSAT 2024 eligibility criteria for candidates who are living overseas and wish to pursue one of the BITS university courses are defined below.
- Applicants must have valid passports and SAT scores to apply for the exam as per the BITSAT eligibility criteria 2024.
- International applicants must request the college board to send SAT scores to BITS-Pilani (DI code: 7759–BITS Pilani).

As per the BITSAT 2024 eligibility criteria, first-rank students of all the central and state boards in India for 2024 shall be given direct admission to any program of their choice, irrespective of the BITSAT 2024 scores that they have attained.
