BITSAT Photo Size Guidelines 2025 are set by the authorities and released alongside the BITSAT 2025 notification. The guidelines are given to help candidates upload the necessary documents in their BITSAT 2025 application form.

According to the BITSAT photo size guidelines, the photograph must be in JPG/JPEG format and have a size of 4KB to 100 KB. For signature, it should be in JPG/JPEG format and have a size of 1KB to 50KB. The BITSAT signature and photograph must have a plain and clear background.

The authorities set the photo and signature specifications for the BITSAT application form. The following are the photo size guidelines for BITSAT 2025:

• The authorities will not accept Polaroid photos.
• The photo must be clear and have no red eye, be blurry, or not printed properly.
• The photo must have the candidate’s face clearly visible, meaning no hats or sunglasses are to be worn.
• If the candidate wears glasses or spectacles on a daily basis, then he/she is allowed to have them in the photograph.
• Aspirants filling out the form must be careful while uploading their passport-size photographs or signatures.
• A few copies of passport-size photographs of the candidates, the same as the ones uploaded, must be taken to the exam for verification.
• The signature should be in running handwriting and clear in the photo.

Guidelines for Candidate’s BITSAT Photograph 2025

It is mandatory to add the photograph for the application form. It is a means to identify the candidate. The guidelines for uploading the BITSAT photograph given by the authorities are mentioned below:

• The background of the photograph should be plain or white in colour.
• No selfies will be accepted. Candidates must get their BITSAT photographs taken by a professional photographer.
• The photograph should be clean and have no marks or any kind of digital mistakes like being blurred or having a red eye in it.

The BITSAT Photo Size Guidelines 2025 mentioned by the authorities is to be followed by the candidates:

• The file size must be from 4KB to 100 KB.
• The BITSAT photo format must be JPG/JPEG format.
• A clear background, preferably white in colour.

Guidelines for Candidate’s BITSAT Signature 2025

For the application process to be completed, candidates need to upload a photo of their BITSAT signature. If the signature is a mismatch, the application or the exam of the candidate will be cancelled.

The guidelines for uploading the BITSAT signature are given below:

• The signature must be done with a black pen on plain white paper (no lines must be there).
• The signature must be the same as the one on the application form, the attendance sheet, the hall ticket and the other documents.

• The file size should be from 1KB to 50 KB.
• The BITSAT signature format must be in JPG/JPEG.

Instructions for Scanning BITSAT Photograph & Signature 2025

While filling out the BITSAT application form 2025 candidates must properly scan their photograph and signature. Or else their application will be rejected.

The proper instructions to scan the BITSAT photograph and signature are given below:

• While scanning, the resolution must be set to 200 DPI and the colour setting set to ‘true colour’.
• The BITSAT photograph and signature file size must be as prescribed by the authorities.
• The photo format must be in JPG/JPEG.
• Candidates must edit their photo in the MS Office picture manager, or else their application will be rejected.

The candidates who upload incorrect photographs or signatures will have their application form rejected by the authorities.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website at bitsadmission.com.
• Step 2: Click the link mentioning ‘BITSAT form correction’ on the home page.
• Step 3: Aspirants must enter their credentials and log in.
• Step 4: Edit all details that are incorrect or in need of an update.
• Step 5: Save the changes by clicking the submit button and take a printout for the future.
