The paper analysis for NEET 2022 was considered to be of a moderate-difficult level. Chemistry and Physics were more difficult compared to the Biology portion. An overview of the 2022 NEET paper analysis is provided in the table below.

Usually, it is advised to focus on Inorganic Chemistry a bit more as this section is considered difficult. |
| Approximately 17 questions were asked from Organic Chemistry, and its difficulty level is considered as a medium. | |
| Whereas on the other hand, Inorganic Chemistry was considered tough, and there were approximately 16 questions. | |
| Approximately 17 questions were asked from Physical Chemistry, which is commonly considered easy. | |
| Physics | The topic Unit and Measurement had the most weightage in the Physics paper. And as per general analysis, this topic’s weightage has increased over the years. |
| Work, energy power topic has appeared in previous year papers and in 2022 as well, so it is considered an important topic along with some other important topics. |
