Odisha NEET Counselling 2024: The registration window for the Odisha NEET 2024 counseling round 2 closed on Sep 9, 2024, at 11:59 pm and the registration started at 11:00 pm on Sep 8, 2024. The entire registration procedure is done online.
The Odisha NEET 2024 counselling round 2 will be available to candidates who did not take part in the first round, were not given a seat, or did not accept a seat in Round 1.
MCC has published the Odisha NEET counselling round 1 provisional seat allotment result on Aug 25, 2024 and the seat is offered from rank 3 to rank 5373 for general category and for SC category rank 897 to 5218. A total of 1,813 candidates were allotted MBBS and BDS seats in Odisha.
Students who have passed the NEET exam are eligible to apply for NEET UG Counselling 2024 via the official website, ojee.nic.in. Candidates can submit their questions or grievances until Aug 26, 2024 and all the candidates are instructed to personally report at the office of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination from Aug 29, 2024 - Sep 3, 2024.

Odisha NEET 2024 counselling is conducted through a number of steps such as online registration, document verification, state merit list release, etc. The candidates should follow the following 5 steps NEET counselling.
1. Registration and Application Process
Candidates must register on the official OJEE website to participate in Odisha NEET counselling 2024. Six steps make up the entire application process:
- Online registration using a valid email address, phone number, and roll number for NEET 2024
- Signing in with credentials generated during registration
- Filling out the application form for Odisha NEET 2024
- A scanned image of a photograph, a signature, and a thumb impression should be uploaded
- Submitting the application and paying the application fee online

3. State Merit List Release
As soon as the document verification process is complete, the OJEE Cell will release a list of candidates who are eligible for counselling. Candidates with incomplete applications and failed document verification will not be included in the list. The state merit list is based on the performance of the candidates in the NEET examination 2024.
4. Choice Filling and Locking
Those who have been included in the state merit list for Odisha NEET 2024 counselling can proceed with choice filling and locking. Candidates can fill out this form with as many choices as they like. Thus, they are advised to choose as many options as possible. Candidates must lock their choices after filling out their choices or they will not be considered for seat allocation.
5. Seat Allotment List Release

- There is no upper age limit; candidates must be 17 years old as of December 31, 2024
- The candidates must be citizens of Odisha or the children of All India Civil Service employees serving the state of Odisha
- As a General Candidate (GE), the candidate must have passed +2 Science and Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually, and must have obtained a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology at +2 Science level, 40% for SC/ST candidates, and 45% for benchmark disabled candidates
- In the SC/ST category, the required mark for the Physically Challenged candidate is 40%.
