BHU offers a two-year full-time postgraduate course, MCA. The course is designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge to pursue a successful career. Applicants must complete education in the 10+2+3 pattern to qualify for this course. CUET PG scores are compulsory.

BHU MCA Fees Structure

The total fee for the BHU MCA course is INR 3,60,000. The fee payment can be done either through online or offline methods.

BHU MCA Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for the BHU MCA course must have a valid bachelor’s degree with 10+2+3 pattern in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate in all subjects and math as one of the subjects from a recognized university. Additionally, a valid score in the CUET-PG entrance exam is required.

Meeting the eligibility criteria ensures that the selected candidates are equipped with the educational qualifications for the MCA course. Candidates must submit the application form along with all the necessary documents required to participate in the selection process.

BHU MCA Admission 

BHU MCA admission is based on the CUET PG score and education qualification in the 10+2+3 pattern. The minimum aggregate must be 50% or above, and Mathematics must be compulsory. The overall seat intake for BHU MCA is 57 on the Main campus and 25 on the South campus of BHU.

Application Procedure

Interested candidates must apply for BHU MCA online mode only. Below are the steps to follow for the application procedure at BHU.

• Register by entering the required information like email ID, number, and address.
• On the student dashboard, select the option “My Application”.
• Fill out the application form, and upload documents and educational details.
• Upload signature and photo.
• Preview and submit the form.
• Pay the application fee online via credit card/credit card/ net banking/ UPI from your laptop. Payments via mobile may be rejected for security reasons.

The below-mentioned documents must be submitted along with the BHU application form. All documents must be submitted in pdf or jpeg format, not exceeding 100 KB.

• Class 10/Matriculation or equivalent certificate (for proof or age)
• Class 12 Marksheet or Qualifying Exam Marksheet
• Scorecard of CUET PG
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
• Income Certificate
• PwD Certificate, if applicable.
• Scanned copy of photo and signature
