The full form of GEEE is Galgotias Engineering Entrance Exam. GEEE 2023 is an entrance examination conducted by Galgotias University, Greater Noida, for admission in B.Tech and B.Tech integrated courses. The AICTE approves Galgotias University. Galgotias University is a private university that was granted university status in 2011. The University offers more than 100 UG and PG Programs. GEEE is conducted by Galgotias University, Greater Noida, for every academic year. GEEE 2023 is a University Level Entrance Examination that AICTE approves. GEEE 2023 is scheduled to be conducted online, i.e., a Computer-based Test (CBT).

GEEE 2023 Exam Dates
The Application Form will be available on the official website of Galgotias University. After registering successfully for the GEEE 2023 Exam, the Admit Card is expected to be issued online a week before the exam for the candidates to download. GEEE 2023 will be conducted online, i.e., Computer-based Test (CBT), in June 2023 (tentatively). Results are to be declared on the official website after the exam. GEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Before appearing for any exam, candidates need to be well-versed in the eligibility criteria scenario. Any important events related to eligibility criteria should not be missed under any circumstances. The GEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria must be checked thoroughly by the candidates in order to fill the application form. Eligibility for GEE 2023 is listed below.
- Educational Qualification: The candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination or equivalent qualifying examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology being mandatory subjects.
- Final Exam: Candidates who will appear for their Class XII Final/Boards examination in March 2023 can also apply for the GEEE 2023.
- Nationality: The candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are still appearing in their Class 12th are also eligible to apply for the exam.

GEEE 2023 Exam Pattern
The University provides the exam pattern of GEEE 2023 that specifies the number of questions and marks, the total time duration, the topics from questions, etc. The following table displays information regarding the GEEE 2023 Exam Pattern. GEEE 2023 Application Form
GEEE 2023 application form will be soon available on the official website of Galgotias University. The candidates need to fill their details, Educational Details, and Contact Details to complete the GEEE 2023 registration process. The GEEE 2023 Application Form will be available online and the candidates are required to pay the application fee of INR 500/- via online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

Details Required in GEEE 2023 Application Form
- Name of the Applicant: The candidates appearing for GEEE 2023 are required to enter their full Name (as it appears in your SSLC/10th Std Marks Card), In the case of a candidate who has changed his/ her name for any reason, the original proof of the same has to be produced at the time of admission.
- Date of Birth: Candidates need to enter their date of birth exactly as recorded in your High School or equivalent examination certificate in dd/mm/yy format.
- Email-ID: Candidates need to enter their valid E-Mail address. This mail address will be used for communication with you during the examination/admission process.
- Mobile No: Candidates need to enter their personal mobile phone number. Then, candidates need to enter the OTP received so as to verify the mobile number entered.
- Applicants Unique ID Proof: The candidate needs to select the ID proof that the candidate will bring in original at the time of the exam and admission process from the list provided.
- Payment: Payment for the GEEE 2023 Application Form must be made online only by Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking or Paytm Wallet. The applicants need not send the hard copy of the Application form to the Institute. The application fee is non-refundable.
Note: It is the candidate's responsibility to determine they eligibility for appearing in the exam. However, even after application, it is at the management's discretion to take the final decision on the eligibility and selection of a candidate.

GEEE 2023 Admit Card
GEEE 2023 Admit Card will be available online on official website. Candidates are required to enter their Login ID and Password to download the GEEE 2023 Admit card. Admit Card should contain Aspirants Name, Address, Contact Details, Photograph, Signature, Registration Number and Test Centre. The Admit Cards needs to be preserved by the candidates till the counselling and admission process is over.

GEEE 2023 Results
GEEE 2023 Result will be declared by the Galgotias University on the official website soon. Galgotias University is responsible for releasing the merit list for this examination based on the candidate’s performance which includes the rank and marks secured. Cut-off marks are the minimum marks which a candidate needs to score to get through the examination and to be considered for further counselling.
Steps to Access GEEE 2023 Results

GEEE 2023 Counselling
GEEE 2023 selected candidates will be sent the call letter for GEEE 2023 Counselling through their mail individually and the candidates are required to present on the specified date. The GEEE 2023 Counselling will be based on the candidate's merit list so the seat allotment will be done on the marks obtained by the candidates in the GEEE 2023 exam. The counselling process of the GEEE 2023 has three stages:
Stage 1: Document Submission: The candidates must carry the following original documents to the counselling hall:
- 10th Mark Sheet
- 10th Passing Certificate
- 12th Mark Sheet
- 12th Passing Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Gap year affidavit if applicable
- Character Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- 8 Passport size photo
- GEEE 2023 Admit card
- Copy of payment receipt/demand draft.
Stage 2: Choice filling and Submission: The candidate will have to fill in the course of his/ her choice as per seat availability. He/ she may fill in for a maximum number of seats.
Stage 3: Seat Allotment: The Galgotias University GEEE 2023 will divide candidates' seats according to availability and preferences. The Candidates have to pay a certain amount of money as the counselling fee during the counselling process of GEEE 2023.
Note:
- Candidates are requested to bring all the documents mentioned above (Photocopies and original) for verification.
- Candidates must pay the GEEE 2023 Counselling Fee in DD in favor of "Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh," payable at Delhi/Noida/Greater Noida. Candidates have to write their Name, Course, and Application ID behind the DD.
- Allotment, of course, once made, is final, and it cannot be changed later.

GEEE 2023 Instructions
The candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Entrance Examination without a valid Admit Card. In the Examination hall, the candidate should produce the Admit card when demanded by the invigilator. Admit Card can be downloaded or received by email from the university website. Admit Card will not be sent by post. Candidates shall retain their Admit cards for Admission counselling. Candidates shall be present at the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Any malpractice or attempt to commit malpractice in the examination hall or any violation of the rules will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
DOs
- You should arrive at the examination centre as per reporting time mentioned in the admit card
- Carry a Valid Photo ID proof for Verification
- You should sit in the pre-allocated seat
- Candidates should maintain silence during and after the admission test
- Make sure you sign the attendance sheet in the presence of the invigilator.
DON'Ts
- You will not be allowed to carry any written material inside the examination hall.
- You are not allowed to write anything behind the GEEE 2023 Admit Card.
- You are not allowed to carry any electronic device like Mobile phones, calculators, cameras or any music devices.
- You will not be allowed to go out of the examination hall until the completion of the exam.
- You are not allowed to carry any eatable items inside the examination hall; only water bottles allowed.
